Salarpuria & Sattva Group Review

Highly unprofessional behavior. I applied for the position of company secretary.
First they called up for interview, enquired if I am physically available in Bangalore, done long hours of interview, when finally selected in every round of interview they are offering such a low salary and trying to negotiate as low as possible. Their senior Hr is so polite on your face but did not disclose their budget inspite of me asking so many times, he asked me to think and give a call to Nibedita about my budget (later understood that was a waste of time and send me back at that moment). When I called them up there was no response from their end and she kept on saying I don't remember the profile and everything and later she told that this position is on hold.
What an unprofessional behavior, keeping the person in dark and wasting their time and energy.
*don't go unless u are sure that u can work in too less salary *

Naam bade aur darshan chotte, the most unethical builder on the industry.

Really am very Happy that finally my Dream Home from a Trusted Real Estate Developers in Bangalore.

Well designed community living. But getting in and out of the development is hard. No city water and the bought water is of poor quality

Properties all over Bangalore with quality of constructions.

Good place for functions and party but food are not much tasty

Recently I have bought a flat in Hyderabad by Salarpuria Sattva. theres are the pros and cons

The society has a decent layout and amenities

Good parking space and facilities like gas connection

The maintenance is well trained

They sold all the ground floor parkings and left only 4 visitor parkings.

He planned to sell the parkings in the basement to the mall he constructed beside which I felt was unethical

He did not put any security cameras in the floors and basements.

For increase of sales the builder promised a jain community that he would build a jain mandir inside the society premises. The residents objected for the same which I felt was unethical

The tennis court was designed that would only have space for the court without good margins around base line and point line. It makes the court injury prone

Over all they look for profit

Salarpuria Sattva Group Company is a one of the top 10 builder company in Bangalore....

They provide good housing facilities all across India. They are based out of this location as admin center.

Sattva Group is the best real esatate company I have ever seen. All their projects are completely perfect. Especially I loved their LUXURIA project.

We have bought property at Salarpuria sattva aspire.
Lived in Satta gold summit for 6 months on 21st floor .Feedback on the builder , sales team, post sales as follows

Sales process is smooth
Sattva as a brand is premium and is considered tier 1
Location of both properties from appreciation is 10/10
Home loan processing through HDFC is swift
Registration process handled by mr bajaj is effortless for home buyers.

Cons
CONSTRUCTION Quality IS POOR

LEAKAGE AND SEEPAGE ISSUE at both gold summit (approx 5 yr old) and at Aspire (2 year )old

SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED for maintenance
Our old property by mahaveer builder swimming pool is working smoothly for last 13 years. Completely unexpected from A class builder.

Handover and maintenance person mr vinoth really procides poor service.

Your dream of having an A class home is spoilt at sattva.

With poor amenities the price of project is exorbitant.
