Very disorganized. Hospitalist completely out of the loop on treatment. ICU nurses randomly going missing. Mute the alarms on the telemetry units? Maybe turn them around and the patients can monitor themselves? I think a better symbol for this hospital would be a barber pole with a sign offering blood letting. Next emergency check to see if you can life flight to Pittsburgh or Cleveland.

My husband was in NCICU last week and received wonderful care, Every nurse and Dr we had was warm, caring friendly and gracious. The care that they gave to not just my husband but the family was top notch. Too often we complain but fail to open our mouth when things are as they should be. Thank you staff at ST Vincent!

The NICU and post partem nurses were so patient and understanding about everything and they took great care of my wife and daughter.

Wonderful experience with St. Vincent last night. We got to the ER around 5 and had several tests done with results and discharged by 8:45. Test results came back much faster than anticipated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor seemed to have much confidence in what he was doing.

Terrible, had surgery there Tuesday, they were good until after surgery, before it quick and friendly. Afterwards, slow and didn t care, waited 8 hours to get a room, then i was supose to get something for pain every 4 hours, they were always late between 5-6 hours, always said there was a meeting or aomething came up, then screwed me outta a script after surgery. Do NOT recommend, the surgery was good, but expect bad afterwards. Never would i go back.

My son, Brandon Abbott, was a recent patient at St. Vincent's and was without insurance but was always treated with respect. I am so in awe of the hospital and their staff that words could never express how I felt after my son was discharged. They all were helpful, kind, understanding, and just a lot of fun from Dr. Dalton, nurses, orderlies, and everybody that we came in contact with. I apologize for not remembering all the names but my sincere gratitude goes to each and everyone one of you. Thank you.

My wife is about 9 months pregnant this is the second time we have been here the staff does not listen to anything that she says she let them know that the baby has dropped and that there was spotting a few days prior it is 6-19-19 the obgyn that is here today insists that it's a stomach bug and so do the staff they keep placing the sensor pad up by her stomach and not lower then wonder why they can't keep the heartbeat according to them being pregnant means having the flue if I could give this hospital a negative 50 I would service and staff are downright idiotic

Went into the E.R. last night with my daughter, who had a terrible migraine. She is 19 years old. Her blood pressure was 136/94, so she was in obvious pain. We got into a room within 20 minutes after triage. An ER nurse came in by the name of Megan that had the personality of a door knob. Asked her what was wrong, said she would let he doctor know, and see what tests he wanted, all in about a 30 second time span. She was given a gown to put on. The stretcher had no blanket, no pillow to lie down on. No one offered her anything to drink. We waited. After about an hour and 15 minutes went by, no doctor, significant pain, bright lights on, banging doors, conversations from staff about goig out and getting drunk the previous weekend outside our door at least kept us occupied for awhile. We decided the tests and waiting for who knows how long for medications would be best managed by going home to sleep. I am an RN. It saddens me how much quality of care has gone by the way side. My daughter changed into her warm clothes, we walked to the desk told them we were leaving without being seen. She had college classes the next morning and waiting into the early morning hours for something to ease the migraine was not worth it. No apology, no promise of a doctor coming in, no nothing. It felt like the staff was feeling relieved about having to see one last patient. We were given the ama paper to sign, without even being given medical advice. That made no sense to me. SVHS, you need desperately to improve the way you treat patients. If my insurance gets billed for this you better believe you will be getting a call from me. You can't bill for something you didn't do.

I attempted suicide while I was attending college ...

I attempted suicide while I was attending college in the area, and the EMTs took me to St Vincent's because it was the closest. The entire time I was there I was kept in the dark about own my health every step of the way. Thankfully I'm okay now, but it wasn't until I accessed my records online and brought them to my PCP to interpret that I found out my renal panels were coming back abnormal. Informed consent was basically nonexistent in the psychiatric unit. They disregarded my existing diagnoses in favor of misdiagnosing me as bipolar after a 30 minute evaluation, and then a psychiatrist who'd never even met me prescribed a drug that isn't even indicated for bipolar let alone what I already had been diagnosed with. The only information they gave was the name of the drug, and confirming that I was correct when I clarified that it was an atypical antipsychotic; they never told me why they were putting me on it, what they thought it would accomplish, or the potential side effects. In fact, the nurse seemed shocked when I asked to confirm the classification of the drug, which terrifies me to think most of the people that pass through there have no idea what they're being asked to ingest. I quickly developed an extrapyramidal side effect and severe insomnia, both of which were ignored. Despite being cognizant and coherent the entire time I was there, and despite literally being a psychology major at the time, they still were able to take advantage of my exhaustion and fear and force me into blind compliance; I can only imagine the treatment someone without any background in clinical psychology might've received. I entered this hospital on the worst night of my life and, instead of relief and care, was systematically stripped of all agency and left with medical trauma that has haunted me for years and has made accessing psychiatric care moving forward a traumatic minefield. This is by far the single worst medical or psychiatric care I have ever experienced, and I do not think I can possibly overstate just how horrendous it was.

They saved me as my gallbladder had to be removed immediately this weekend. From the security guard at ER, all doctors, nurses, tech aides, room maintenance and the on staff religious support made my time there extremely comfortable. They are an asset to the community, God bless their staff!

This hospital and staff has been incredible all through my dad's illnesses, my mother in laws illnesses and my own surgeries. I've had nothing but the absolute best care here. They literally brought my dad and my mother in law back from death twice. I was treated so kindly by my nurses when I had my hip replaced and a lymph node removed. I refuse to go anywhere else but St V!

To be a patient here is top notch!! Every floor takes great care of their patients!! To work here, not so much. Very clicky, no one says hi, no one even smiles at you. People just look at the floor in order to avoid eye contact. Very sad!

I spoke with a male nurse about my dad. I believe the care he has always received at St. Vincent has been excellent. I did feel like the nurse was condescending and I would have liked to have felt that he was actually interested in my feedback .

I had gall stones and a blocked bile duct and I waited so long to come in that my circulation was beginning to shut down. I could barely sit but had to wait for over 1 hour in the waiting room. When I pointed out the bluish mottling to my extremities the triage nurse asked "What is mottling?" Really! My invalid father showed signs of mottling and died a few hours later.

Then I was in the ER for the next 8 hours until being admitted. I was in such pain so an antibiotic and morphine were ordered but never given. The nurse gave me Benadryl & Reglan and said it was for pain. I am a retired ER/ICU RN and I know that explanation was "BS".

After getting to my room, I finally got the antibiotics and morphine ordered so long ago in the ER. I was lucky if I saw an aide more than twice per shift and at one time when I asked for some ice chips she said I would have to wait 45 minutes. One day I never saw an aide at all. It usually took the nurse 2-1/2 hours after the night/day shift change to come and see me but they were all professional and gave me good basic care.

The phlebotomist who came to my room that first night to draw blood was terrible. She tried 3 times before she found a vein. She didn t even turn up the lighting so she could see what she was doing. I had to insist she turn on more lights. Then she came back for a second draw and tried 2 more times unsuccessfully and thankfully gave up and sent for another phlebotomist. I had no more blood draw problems after that.

I was asked 3 different times by 2 different nurses if I would agree to a Heparin injection to prevent any blood cots while I am confined to bed. I had to tell them every time that I was to have surgery possibly within 24 hours so why would you want me to take a blood thinner? Don't the nurses read the patient's chart? Obviously not.

The morning of my surgery at 9am the nurse came in and said I was on the OR schedule for a 3pm cholecystectomy. Then she rushed in at 9:30am and said I had to wash up immediately because the transport was on the way and I was to have the surgery immediately...what a fiasco!

I also suffered from very bad migraines and the nurse obtained orders for Imitrex BID PRN which worked well. The problem was that it was not a standing order and had to be reordered every day. Then the pharmacy ran out and the nurse said they may have to borrow some from Hamot. Unbelievable; how could such a large hospital run out of a common med used to treat a common and frequently occurring ailment? They did finally scrounge up the Imitrex without too much of a delay though. Thank goodness!

Never once did an aide or nurse offer to straighten up my twisted sheets or offer to wash me. I was left to lie in bed sweating and smelly. The housekeeper never picked up any towels left on the floor and my bedside table was left littered with wrappers, used tissues, plastic spoons, etc. Only once in the 5 days and 4 nights I spent there did anyone clear the debris from the bedside table.

Now a bit of nitpicking. The room I was in was so woefully out of date and just plain shabby! There were big chunks of molding and plaster missing and unpainted areas where a wall mounted TV had been moved. The TV was definitely an antique and too small to see it clearly but I was too ill to watch it anyways. The old wooden nightstand was battered and a lot of the finish was gone.

The room was too hot so the night nurse brought me a big box fan that had 3 settings: Loud, Louder, and Deafening! I think there is an air-boat in Florida missing its fan propulsion unit!

In contrast to my dismal and depressing room, the hospital lobby looks like the entrance to a 5-star hotel complete with a coffee bar and barista. I guess the public area's appearances are more important than the actual patient areas!

I recovered quickly from my systemic infections and cholecystectomy but if ever I think I may be hospitalized again I would never return to St. Vincent. I will definitely go to Hamot.

A few names stood out to me, Beth, Samantha, Rachel, and Kathryn, on the 6th floor, my child and I had the most comforting experience. There were more and they were ALL GREAT. They went above and beyond for us! It was bittersweet when we left after 3 days and 2 nights of observation. They drilled me with info. I did not leave there without them making sure I was comfortable. From my family and I, thank you! I will never forget how well you all took care of my child!

Went for gall bladder removal, pre op was supposedly covered under VA, seriously,,,, they keep sending me a bill, after I went to VA , had an EKG done for them, sent to them, they said they didn't get it,,,,,,,, There is a problem here, I am not paying this bill,, They roll you out of the hospital when you are barely able to function. I could not even get up for 2 weeks without without feeling I was being ripped apart, did they call,,, no,,, did anyone care,,, no,,,,. We want money is all I am getting from this, hell no, I am not paying to be ignored, neglected, and tossed out. Tired, and so done with it, DON'T CALL ME, you didn't care about my health, so don't care about money

From start to finish it was one of the more satisfying hospital stays. Staff was excellent!! Aly my RN in the ER was wonderful! Kind, efficient, friendly and just made you feel comfortable and that you were in good hands. Hope I never have to go back in to the hospital but if I do I want it to be here!!

Best hospital in Erie, hands down! Anyone who prefers whack job Hamot & it's monoply proprietors UPMC are crazy. Sure, it's not the newest, most tech place, but beauty isn't more important than actual care, which is what you get here in comparison to the other Erie hospitals. The ER is always super incredible, friendly & quick, but then again I don't go to the ER if there is really nothing wrong with me & my family in the first place. I always get taken care of right away. The doctors and staff are also always great with children and make sure to ease any of their fears. Just love this hospital. I hope it only changes for the better now that they merged with Allegheny and not for the worse like Hamot did with UPMC.

My sister just delivered her baby by c section and the nursing staff on duty is the rudest I've ever witnessed. They are so not ungentle is unbelievable!!! They just throw around the new born and my very weak sister they rag dolls. Whether your busy or not there is no need to have a bad attitude and be careless. I do not recommend having a child or have surgery done at this hospital!!!

Most pathetic excuse for a hospital. My 85 year old mother broke her hip and required surgery but could not get it because their computer system was down. As of this review, system has been down for 8 hours. On top of that, even though they know she won't have surgery today ,they still won't give her anything to eat it drink because her status remains no food or drink due to surgery. What is that?

their women hospital was awful and usually the E.R is a very long wait but I went last night in horrible pain and it took them less than 1 1/2 hours to treat it and they had me stay until it was gone usually a hospital would give you a shot or a pill and say good luck but they helped completely and are helping me get the medications my own doctor (at community health net failed to fill on time) I'm so glad I took the chance of going back there again, never ever touch their womens hospital but their E.R was grate and I had very helpful caring doctors!

This Hospital has repeatedly demonstrated it's inability to work with the Erie V.A.M.C. This facility can't get billing right, pharmacy prescriptions sent, can't answer phones and blame it on us disabled war veterans. One Doctor from Africa was extremely verbally abusive. This facility doesn't care, apparently never will. I think us veterans deserve far better.

This "new & improved" ER is terrible. You get shuffled from room to room; no privacy (everyone can see & hear every detail you give to staff); get stuck into a waiting room crammed with 40-50 people that have flu, coughs, etc.; staff running around like crazy calling the same people, losing things. etc; pts & public using the only working bathroom, some for urine tests; we've been here an hour & a half and still in the waiting room. THIS IS NOT MORE EFFICIENT FROM A PATIENT STANDPOINT!!!

Never a good experience. Even if don't consider the time it takes to see the doctor, the customer service (or lack thereof) is enough to give this hospital a horrible name. And the place is falling apart. You charge enough to invest back into the building that, quite honestly, is deplorable.

I had my baby at St V's in April,2014 because of the bad reviews n word of mouth about the Women's Hospital. I'm writing this now because the same baby, who is almost 2 now had to be taken to the ER n I chose "UPMC" Hamot. She was admitted n we spent 3 days there. HUGE mistake, the nurses n staff were great n did their job but the rest of it was the worst I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately we went in on a Friday, right after their cafeteria closes for the whole weekend. So all my family(of 7) had to eat was take out, vending machines of junk food n a little room of a few drinks n some crackers/bread. And ordering in was too expensive,so I did the best I could with very little food. The sleeping was horrible, because yes, I'm NOT leaving my baby. The whole time I was thinking, I should have gone to St Vincent, they took such good care of me when I was there, my baby received the best care, seriously, the whole experience was wonderful with them. So no more of this garbage with UPMC Hamot..St V's I won't make the same mistake again and i'll just bring my whole family to you and your wonderful staff.

I requested a bill from the hospital many times so that I can get reimbursement from my insurance company as the hospital informed me (a month after treatment) they refuse to deal with out-of-country insurance companies (I'm from Canada). After months I called them back to further request the bill and they told me that it was still being processed. Without being contacted again by the hospital, less than two months later I'm contacted by a collection agency that now wants the money and is affecting my credit rating. Thanks for being reasonable St.Vincent hospital. Ridiculous.

This hospital saved my life on January 29, 2006. I'm sitting down in their cafeteria eating my dinner on October 3, 2018. If it wasn't for this hospital life flighting me to Pittsburgh, I don't think I would still be here. The food makes me want to cry, because I am so happy!! Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to there womens hospital to talk about fertility treatments for my husband and I, we were young and the doctor didn't take us seriously AT ALL the doctor was a woman and she looked right at us and said "so what, do you want our blessing or something" she was VERY RUDE! and should NOT be a doctor...she acted as if us having a child would take money right out of her pocket, but hello lady we were two working adults! I'm also furious that it cost us 250$ for the appointment because it was a fertility appointment and not paid for by insurance and we got nothing out of the appointment other than a long wait rude words and wasted money that money would have been better off being thrown in the trash instead of being spent just to be disrespected by that woman *I often consider going back there and demanding an apology from the doctor that was so rude
. But things worked out for the best I adopted a little boy and I couldn't be happier but when I'm ready to have my next child I for sure will N.O.T use them! I advise no one else does unless your looking for rude doctors and harsh words.

They keep expanding and adding services. They are not the best hospital that I've ever been to but they are vastly more friendly than UPMC Hammot, Erie PA's other major hospital. At Vincent's treats everyone with respect. Hammot only sees green.

World Class.... I can t say enough! Saving my Aunt of course is the best! WOW though, the employees here!!! How kind warm and caring! A surgical tech stopped what he was doing to lead me personally to my Aunts room! (I was lost in that great place!!) nurses and aids were super fun and very generous! Even the cleaning staff and security were very attentive!! (I m sure I looked overwhelmed) Whatever you are doing for your employees please don t stop!!!! They are out of this world AWESOME!!! At the end of my visit another nurse personally delivered me back to the parking garage!!! Every hospital should model after this amazing place!!!!

I gave birth to my second baby in April 2019 here and I absolutely loved the hospital! The maternity floor was renovated right before the time I went into labor and I was one of the first ones to deliver the baby there! I know locals think Hammot is better but I ve been there on a tour and I must say St. Vincent is MUCH nicer after renovation. Everything is so clean and beautiful. I loved my midwives from OBGYN and all the nurses. Everyone is so so sweet, caring, polite and nice! Had the best experience

We were referred to this hospital by one of the physicians we had seen at medexpress. When we arrived to the ER one of the nurses left a used bag of saline on a chair and walked out of the room. Moments later I heard what sounded like running water. I informed the nurse that the saline had leaked onto the floor and she said "oh, there wasnt that much in there" and left the room without cleaning the floor. Shortly after my husband was admitted and we were sent to the 8th floor. The thermostat in our room was broken and the heat was nearing 85 degrees. I asked multiple nurses to show me how to fix the issue and they just brushed me off. I also asked for a reclining chair as I would be staying with my husband during his visit. The nurse told me that there probably weren't any left and that IF she could find one, I could use it. About 30 minutes later, someone came in and threw a regular chair with padding on the floor, slid it across the floor into the room, and walked out without even making eye contact. Ok, they wanted me to sleep in a chair for 3 days. At this point, being transferred to Hamot was the first thing on my mind because, I obviously was not welcome at this hospital. Fast forwarding past many more unfortunate events, it was decided that my husband needed surgery immediately. He was consulted by the surgeon (who was wonderful) and shortly after, he was taken down to begin the operation. After the operation the surgeon visited us and gave us the rundown of the next few days and said that nurses would be in to pack his wound and help him set up a sitz bath. His operation was at 7:30 am. It wasnt until evening the next day that I told the nurse he was supposed to take a sitz bath and change his dressing. She had no idea what I was talking about and she didnt even know what a sitz bath was and left to find out. A short while later she came back and said "I dont know why she (the surgeon) thought that this would work but we can try it. Comforting right? We decided that we would wait until his pain meds began working before we started the bath. A little while later we rang for help getting his bath set up and an aide came in, asked what we needed, and when we said help with his sitz bath she said "well you're independent right? Why cant you do it" I explained that I would help him if someone showed me how to use it and she replied rudely "I'll go find your nurse". We eventually got it set up and I helped him because it was obvious no one wanted to. After, we called the nurse back in to pack the wound. It was clear that she didnt want to be the one to take care of his wound and she asked me if I wanted to do it. I told her that i was nervous and i wasn't sure if i would be able to but that I wanted to watch and learn for next time. She pushed a little more for me to do it before she reluctantly began the process and acted as if she didnt know what to do. It made me uncomfortable so I kind of backed off and comforted my husband through the excruciating pain. I really at that point felt like she was annoyed that I was nervous to provide the care for my husband. I was stressing myself out trying to fathom how I was going to take care of this at home when she hardly knew what to do. I asked her if she'd ever seen a wound like his before. she shook her head no and told me that it was making her stomach weak. I'll skip the rest because it just infuriates and upsets me all over again. I will end with saying that I went home knowing little to nothing on how to take care of him at home. I wasnt too worried because they said someone would be visiting our home daily to take care of it. No one ever came and I had to make about 10 phone calls before the surgeons office kindly told me to come in so they could properly train me and give me the proper supplies. All in all, with the exception of the wonderful surgeon and ONE very sweet nurse, our experience was horrible. Oh I never even mentioned how I was ripped off by Valet. But, I can say without a doubt that I will never use this facility for any medical needs ever again.

My mom died here last night. they wouldnt even let her grand kids in the room to say goodbye, what a horrible experience. The nurse was so rude to my whole family and thought it was funny. Now she is gone and we will never get that back.

Unbelievable! My fiance takes my sick daughter to St Vincent hospital of Erie two weeks ago after a couple of weeks with illness that was not letting up. They end up in fast-track with a overly confident PA. My daughter has symptoms of flu (fevers malaise). My fiance was not convinced that it was just a flu/cold. She urged the PA for further testing to which the PA told her she would not be running unnecessary tests. She is treated quickly and given a script for a prophylactic dose of antibiotics. I received the "transition of care" paperwork noting that they decided to give my non-sexually active daughter a pregnancy test. (remember they will not administer tests that are not necessary)
Fast Forward another week. This time my daughter wakes up with extreme pain in extremities. They take the ambulance in to the hospital fearing something serious. After arriving, St. Vincent again take them to fast track. This time my fiance tells them that our daughter has been in serious pain since she woke up and that she administered an adult dose of ibuprofen (800mg) an hour ago and it hasn't touched her pain. They brought in tylenol. After this response from the hospital we made arrangements to immediately leave this facility. On our way to Hamot Hospital the staff of St Vincent called to tell us that we need to get to another facility quickly and have them call for the test results because they are "critical". That day my child was transferred to Pittsburgh and further diagnosed with Leukemia. If St Vincent would have done the testing and/or a proper medical evaluation, examination and testing they would have seen all of the warning signs that we so readily apparent after her CBC showed nearly 170,000 white blood cells (normal range is 12,000) We could have dealt with this earlier and maybe without the severe pain and panic. This is not the first time a Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner has come up short in the care of my loved ones.

My husband(a active duty medical military member) went in for upper mid abdominal pain, combined with back pain between the shoulder blades, nausea, fever, headache, body ache, difficulty breathing. Waited 2 1/2 hours just to get into a room. The Dr on schedule that night didn't bother to do anything besides blood work and a urine test. No sonogram or xray to make sure he didn't have any inflammation or anything wrong with the organs possibly associated with the pain. By her judgment and those two labs she said she "thinks" he might of had Gastritis. She did not seem profesional in how she spoke with us, she was talking in a very condescending way, and her judgement in what she "thinks" he might have wasnt so assuring. The nurse drawing his blood wasnt pleasing at all, she seemed like she did not want to be at work, had a very unwelcoming attitude, and was a bit rough when she drew his blood. So overall we went in to just waste our time. NO type of pain medication or ANY medication was given to him, and only one prescription was given, but you tell me where is he going to get it at 2:15am. So he pretty much stood with the pain the rest of the night and following day. Definitely not coming back to this hospital!

If I could give St. Vincent more stars, I would. I'm sitting at St. Vincent Hospital with the hubby, who just had knee replacement surgery, and I am so impressed with St. Vincent's level of care and the facilities. I recently spent time with a family member at a different hospital, and you can't compare the two. St. Vincent is to be commended. The nurses are superb, the room is incredibly comfortable, and I can't say enough about Trisha, Laurie, Carol, Logan, and everyone that made his stay so amazing! Thank you!

I have always received top notch care from your providers, support staff, surgical units and parking attendants. Recently I had an ankle reconstructed and even though valet parking is not available at the moment due to Covid 19, those parking attendants have always been the nicest, courteous, kindness, willingness to help front line folks. What a pleasure it is to have a family member pull up to the front door and one of the attendants helps me into a wheelchair and then takes me to my appointment in the Hardner Building. They are hands down an asset to the hospital and represent the hospital well.

After having to switch practices last year I called Friday after having some difficulties. I was told to go to the ER right away and they scheduled me with the PA bc my doctor was out for the week. I was not given the time and/or attention that I feel I should've gotten for this visit. The PA didn't even look at me, didn't do any tests, nothing. She just discussed a few things and sent me on my way.
What a waste of time and money for both visits Friday and Monday. I always chose St Vincent, but I will be looking for a new practice.
thank goodness I have the option to use either UMPC or St. Vincent. Back to the drawing board to find a new doctor that I can trust and treats you as if you matter, as a person.

I honestly was not too happy with them. I realized that my inhaler needed refilled and called my pharmacy to do just that. They stated that I needed to get another prescription okayed by my doctor to get another refill. Mind you this was a Saturday that it all took place. Maybe it was my bad for waiting until the weekend but this situation occurred a previous time before and I was able to get the problem solved. I called my pharmacy to remind me of how I could get my much needed asthma medication called in although my Doctor's office was closed. They were very informative and reminded me that I could call into St. Vincent Hospital to ask them to page the on-call doctor at the office in the event that no one answered at my doctor's office which in fact did happen. So I do as my pharmacy says and call up St. Vincent. Once I was connected with a representative I quickly realized how cold and rude she was. She sharply stated that they are not allowed to page the on-call doctor or do anything along those lines. I then asked her what if you call in and get no answer. She said you keep calling until you get an answer. I also informed her that I was directed by my pharmacy to call the hospital and ask for someone to page the on-call Doctor if there was trouble getting through to them at the office. She then again sharply stated well she was mistaken because we don't do that here. Well then what do you do here??? I remember hearing about times when Doctor's used to walk on foot to people's homes and see that they were accounted for when in need of medical attention. Now this treatment is what the average patient is looking forward to in regards to getting any relief in concerns to their health. "We don't do that around here!" Or "What is your insurance?" Because it's more important to check on that than the actual patient. Everything anymore just comes down to dollar bills and people behind desks who don't want to do their jobs or look out for anyone anymore. How was I able to get help previously from the on-call doctor as well as the hospital that represented my doctor's office but that's all changed now?

I was in terrible pain. So much pain that I came here by ambulance. After putting a wrist band on me they sat me in a wheel chair and left me to be stared at by a dozen strangers in the waiting room while I cried, vomited and writhed around in my chair. It's been almost 2 hours and still no care or treatment. Pathetic.
