Locked me into a Yearly Automatic update and charged my CC without my consent. Cloud 50 with payroll is $812! Note to other users, don't get locked into auto updates and check you needs. One user basic Package is like $400 not $812. Sage auto upgrades you to premium plans every year and you have to call in and fight with them. Discounts or down grades promised over the phone are not executed immediately but stalled over a long period of time. Try to Cancel your CC and they will charge you a fee.
