Im not satisfied the way they handle my USI, it takes one week before I got my certificate and card,, I provide my usi # and even the screen shot of my usi account , but they didn't send to me the certificate and card,,, decided to called them, they only take action after I called them,, to make sure I went to the office and picked up my certificate and card,,
worst course I've ever taken so far.they probably have the largest classroom in Perth, but the short course content is just poorly organised. many mobile plant course, you have to do the theory at one place then drive to the owner's property in the hills for practical, where has no facility at all. no shed, no toilet, no anything. stand in the sun for 4 or 5 hours. money and time well wasted.
I've been buying safety equipment from Saferight for years. The equipment is always good quality, lasts ages and the girls in the office are very helpful.
I ve been attempting to organise a heap of training for my workplace over the past few weeks & Sam has made my job so easy. Professional, quick & super down to earth. Very impressed with Saferight - Highly recommend.

I was lead to believe this was included in this course...
NOW I have pay more and book another one
We worked not as a team but individuals that wanted a cert that we ALL got... no team building included
I gave up my Sunday for EXTRA TRAINING and those who needed it just PASSED ANYWAY
Will I go here again.

Cried most days and my whole team from site was going to go here, But I personally would not put my dog or my team through this..
I felt degraded and I had no say as I 52 year old female...Pay more and treated with respect

Largest training facility I've ever been trained in. Amazing instructors and learning materials. Saferight assisted me from start to end and was very patient with me as I was new to the construction industry. Will recommend getting trained here.
H12 harness is the most comfortable I've ever worn. Considering their kit is Aussie made (very rare these days), prices are very good and the quality is excellent. Have undertaken several training courses also, very good trainers and content is great. Support West Aussie owned and made!
