I ordered a replacement battery in the phone for 1...

I ordered a replacement battery in the phone for 129 PLN, instead of replacement I was offered a replacement for a new phone for a higher amount than is available in Saturn :) I will add that the phone is 1.5 years old, the housing is outlined in two places.
They did not replace the battery because the case is upholstered. Instead of replacing the battery, they collected PLN 99 for a diagnostic service that I did not order.
I do not recommend.

I don't know why this service repairs Apple devices. Worst warranty service. The phone was on the site for a month and then sent back without repair. Technician - P. Chmielnicki.

Unfortunately, my experience with this website is terrible. In the case related to the request to replace the device with a non-defective device (as part of the official Apple Series 3 watch replacement program by the manufacturer) I was asked by the service manager to observe whether the equipment will continue to show a problem that was obvious on the day of reporting (delamination screen). Then, when the device as a result of the above-mentioned factory defect was further degraded and I returned to the service again, the gentleman serving me said "... and how will we know that you reported it to us? We can't read the conversation from the cameras. " Yes Yes! I was treated like a simple trickster and cheater. The further fate of the device is a formal complaint. After the obvious immediate rejection of it, when I received the device, I found out that there was a fee for the expertise, but the manager-service manager could kindly cancel it for me. Ultimately, I put genitals on the subject, this site, the equipment I left them as a trophy, and planned a negative campaign among friends with Apple equipment. I strongly advise against any conscious repairs here. What country is this "Apple Authorized Service."

I strongly recommend not to use this to service/repair your Apple devices. They proven enough to me that they are not professionals in regards to that.

First they kept my keyboard with ONE button being bit sticky for more than two weeks to diagnose. They get back to me with price to fix it and it was basically as much as new keyboard costs (close to 400 z ) so I decided that it makes no sense to repair - it was one key to clean up more or less. When I was trying to get my keyboard back without repair it turned out that they can t find it. Finally after about 3 weeks I had my keyboard back - forced them to pay for shipping to my office, it s enough with not having keyboard for so long, it s to much to go there twice to simply get it back. I cleaned it up my self and it works now.

Second time was bit worst than that. I gave them my MacBook Pro with built in screen that was not working - I pressed on it while I was having it in my luggage. Other than screen everything worked just fine. When I connected HDMI screen to it I was able to fully use it. After diagnose they said it s logic board problem and they need to replace it for 2600 z , very laconic email with basically price to pay, zero explanations. I clearly knew that this is not the case so I paid them 150 z for fake diagnose and took my computer to other service. Of course there after about 1h they been able to confirm that screen is broken, they tested it and they said it will take then 3 days to repair for much less than changing logic board. Not to mention that changing logic board would do nothing.

Don t let to cheat on you, use different service.
