Unfortunately, my experience with this website is terrible. In the case related to the request to replace the device with a non-defective device (as part of the official Apple Series 3 watch replacement program by the manufacturer) I was asked by the service manager to observe whether the equipment will continue to show a problem that was obvious on the day of reporting (delamination screen). Then, when the device as a result of the above-mentioned factory defect was further degraded and I returned to the service again, the gentleman serving me said "... and how will we know that you reported it to us? We can't read the conversation from the cameras. " Yes Yes! I was treated like a simple trickster and cheater. The further fate of the device is a formal complaint. After the obvious immediate rejection of it, when I received the device, I found out that there was a fee for the expertise, but the manager-service manager could kindly cancel it for me. Ultimately, I put genitals on the subject, this site, the equipment I left them as a trophy, and planned a negative campaign among friends with Apple equipment. I strongly advise against any conscious repairs here. What country is this "Apple Authorized Service."
