It's the tavern's tavern. Dark, paneled wood smoothed by thousands of hands on the railing. Ample plates of pub food.

The crowd was a bit too young for me, but it was cool.

Went on a recommendation to try the ribeye sandwich. It was worth it! Good food and a cabin-like atmosphere.

Bogart's was delicious. There was a wait because of limited seating, so we ended up ordering takeout online, and used a promo code on their website for 10% off. My steak was cooked to perfection, the salads were great, and my wife had no complaints for the shrimp and potato. My dads said it was the best philly they ever had!

Food is Great! Cabin cozy feel inside. Parking is a challenge.

We called ahead and asked for seating for a group of bikers riding from Knoxville, TN...not only did they nail it but the service was excellent...our seating was away from the main dining area allowing us to take off leathers and relax, the wait staff was on top of every detail, every drink was replaced without asking, food was SPOT ON and delivered fast. Clean and off street parking for bikes, clean restrooms and super friendly staff from the front door to the prep/cooks. Highly recommend for great, affordable meals.

Always a home run! We live nearby and there's not a bum steer on the menu! If you don't mind sitting at the bar, you will receive the quickest and most attentive service. Don't forget to tip! Everyone needs to make a living. PS, don't order desert you won't have room for it!

Ordered Bogart's to-go tonight. My group and I had the Mushroom Swiss and Carolina Classic burger, as well as a bowl of chili. The burgers and chili were delicious. Great food, thank you Bogart's!

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Britt was our server and was so kind and sweet. The fried pickles and fried mushrooms were phenomenal. I got the mushroom sandwich and my boyfriend got the steak, both with potatoes and I stuffed myself to the point of no return. Clean and well done establishment with fair pricing. Felt like home.

The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are friendly. The food is good, with a good variety.

My family and I travel to the NC mountains nearly every fall to hike. Every time we go, we stop by Bogart's before heading home. We stumbled upon it about 8 years ago, and have loved it ever since. Food is excellent, fresh, and hot. Service is warm, and prices are reasonable for the size. Even my growing teenage brother feels full afterwards! Love the fresh bread and salads! Will be back next year!

Went for their special, smothered grilled chicken in rice with cooked apples as a side. Good! They have a full menu of fine food with a great atmosphere. Good service, too.

Awesome Philly Cheese Steak. One of the best places to eat in Waynesville

Fantastic place with great food! We went on a Monday night as a party of six, even though they were busy we were seated very quickly. The upstairs was very cozy and quaint (fun for people watching below). ;) Their burgers are great, the ribeye was amazing! Even the children's ribeye was perfectly done and the kids ate all of it. Highly recommend!

Visited Bogarts last night. They were one of the only restaurants in town open so the wait list was long and we were told over an hour. They called us in 30 minutes, which was awesome. Great service, quick, attentive. Group of 4, 2 of us had the filet, one had a burger, one had ribeye. Brown bread at the table is good. Entrees come with salad and a side. Garden salad was good albeit very basic, mixed greens, one cucumber slice, one tomato slice. Could liven it up with some onion and croutons, the steak dishes are not pricy but not cheap either. I ordered the filet medium, it came med rare, not a huge deal. Steak was ok, the star were the fried veggies which were crispy and delicious. Another guest of our party ordered filet med well and they butterflied the steak to cook which I think is a mistake of an amateur or not well trained cook. Another guest had a ribeye which was grizzly and not good, she barely touched it and took it home for her dogs. Other guest had a burger which he said he really enjoyed, although his fries were ice cold. Overall, service rocked, food was average to slightly below average.

This is such a great place! I am new to the area and this place is one of my favorites! To start the place is super clean. The managers are extremely professional and the food is super quality! I have been here a dozen times and never had a bad meal. The bartenders look you in the eye and know when you're ready for another drink on time! Bathrooms are always clean!!! I recommend the brocolli bites!

GREAT food, great service, great atmosphere. A bit pricey, but that's how they preserve the "GREAT" part. Definitely recommend.

Best fries I've ever had at a restaurant. The ranch, honey mustard, and blue cheese are all made fresh everyday, and you can really tell. Bathrooms are clean and are really cute! Staff are well mannered and are really kind when it comes to small talk! This was an absolutely amazing experience!

Service was great but the food was disappointing, especially when my friend found a long hair in her food from one of the men we could see working in the kitchen.

The only good thing about my visit was the service and it was not outstanding. My bake potato hot from the kitchen would not melt the butter that came with it. I ordered BBQ Pork which came as a very small helping along with a very small portion of slaw. The BBQ was warm but by no means hot. My wife had a shrimp dinner and the rice that came with her meal was cold. Total cost was over $39.00 and in my opinion not worth half that. I was very disappointed.

This is a little hidden gem in the mountains. I had the daily special, a buffalo chicken wrap. I could not have been more pleased. Couldn't eat it all, big portions.

On a whim, we went to the mountains and stayed in Waynesville North Carolina. While looking for a place to have dinner we chose Bogart's due to the high ratings. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff was nice. I was trying to decide among several items on the menu and the waitress, Lois, recommended the salmon. She said it was always a great selection there. I was very disappointed with the well overcooked fish that was very dry. This should have never left the kitchen. When the waitress asked why I had not eaten my salmon I told her exactly what was wrong. She said OH, but did not offer to make any accommodations. Not a good impression for a first-time diner. Things happen sometimes, but management should always approach the table and apologize. Not the case here. For this error in judgement, my family will not be going back to this establishment.

Quick service, cold beer, and good food. What else is there to ask for, overall a great place to stop by and have a bite.

If your a steak or burger person you'll love this place. Usually always busy so expect a 20-30 min wait unless there just dead for some reason

Third time we have been here and has not disappointed yet. Tonight all 4 of us got the 12 oz Ribeye Special. 19.00 for steak, salad and side. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! One of the best steak I have eaten in awhile. Cooked PERFECTLY. The service also superb. Highly recommend this place

We visit this restaurant almost every time we come to town, about once a month. We usually wait for a seat in Alex's section. The food and service are excellent every time!!

Good food, friendly and attentive service. If you like sweet potatoes try the Prolific Sweet Potato, easily 2 meals can be had from it! This will be a spot for us to eat at when we are in the area!

Had lunch with my sister in law and it was delicious! Fresh food, burger done just right and sweet potato fries to die for!

The service was great. I did not like my ribeye steak.It had no flavor. I was disapointed. The baked potato was from yesterday. It was dark on the inside, barely warm enough to melt the butter.
The bread and butter was awesome. I would go back just not order steak. I seen other plates served that looked great.

Food was really good. We got the special which was Ribeye and it was cooked perfect medium. The service was spot on from Rychel. The place was busy but no one seemed to mind the wait due to 50% seating. Looking forward to a return visit as soon as things get back to the new normal.

Love Bogarts... Don't go on Thursday nights if you like to talk to the people at your table... The music is always so loud you have to yell across the table.. But the food is great

We have been coming here from Greensboro every year for our anniversary. Yesterday was no exception. Bogart's staff never fails to provide us with excellent service, fantastic food, and just a wonderful dining experience. We truly want to thank everyone for making our 20th the best one yet. Excellent burgers, adorable decorations and a homey atmosphere. I ve eaten at Bogarts every time I ve come to the NC, for the past 11 years. I would definitely recommend coming and trying it out.

Great service, great food and great mountain atmosphere!

Al though it was very busy, we were able to get a seat at the bar. We had onion rings as an appetizer, a ribeye cheesesteak and a carolina burger. The food was very good. We'll be back.

Been eating here my whole life. Never thought to leave a review. Always good service, always busy, always consistent. When in doubt it's a no brainier.

Extraordinary, astonishing, outstanding!
Food was beyond belief. Our waitress Kat was superb! The restaurant has wonderful ambiance. We highly recommend eating here if you are in the Waynesville area!!

I didn't like anything about this restaurant, mainly because of the attitude from the hostess. I don't know which turned me off more between hearing a waitress not want to have anymore customers or the hostess rushing me to the nearest table and tossing the menus down. Didn't even order, just walked out.

A great place for a home-cooked family meal and atmosphere. Staff is always warm and friendly.
