Honestly I m disappointed that I have to give this clinic one star.
Some of the nurses there are truly incredible. Glenda, a nurse, is amazing and she s a hard worker, she does everything in her power for clients.
My issue with this clinic, I m never able to get an appointment. They never answer the phone for me to even make an appointment. I recently had a baby less than 6 months ago, they ignored the fact that I told them the IUD felt a little off to me, they suggested I keep it for another 3 months, it has been about 2 months and my pain in getting worse, I think I m going through PPD And I ve been trying to contact the office to make an appointment and no luck. I couldn t get an answer or a call back and I ve ledt numerous messages.
It s almost unbelievable to me that this is a clinic/ doctors office and they can t even follow up, or check on their prenatal patients.
Also when I was 9 months pregnant, I was feeling a pain and I called the office, nobody picked up, and I didn t get a response until a week later.
