Lovely spot, friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Definitely worth a visit: some of the pricier wines are well and truly delicious.

Large cellar door with friendly staff and a good variety of excellent wines. Wines are very well priced- excellent value. Loved their Sparking Wine (has a very pale pink colour) and their Riesling is superb.
10:10 experience tasting Red's and being permitted to browse the viewing platforms inside and out on second and third floors (with the tasting glades in hand). So friendly and welcoming. Great Red's. Platters offered. Beautiful grounds and atmosphere. Will return when next in Coonawarra.

Really nice "do it yourself" cheese/meat/bread platters, beautiful wines and nice grounds to sit out in with the supplied picnic rug.
What a great winery, many choices and great service and cellar prices
We actually left half way through our tasting with Georgia (or something similar). It was clear she didn't want to be there - she even said her day felt like a thousand years whilst rolling her eyes when we asked how her day was. We were having such a lovely day in Coonawarra and we just felt unwelcomed here, even though I had already paid $10 per person to come for a tasting here we left after 2 pours because of the poor service. Would not recommend to anyone - go to some of the smaller places like Balnaves or Whistle stop where they actually want you there!!
Winery with great history (iconic since the 1960's), excellent wines , and lovely staff. The impressive cellar door complex also sells light snacks (olives, cheeses, dips, etc) to complement the generous selection of wines available for tasting. Our kids were very happy to play with the toy box, books and to nibble on snacks while Mum and Dad enjoyed the good wines! Recommended.
