Yes I agree, the system is out dated now with all the new services available it is extremely limited in what it should be able to do and what it can do.

A company that promises all but delivers absolutely nothing.
Expensive, not updated properly, Management are incompetent liars who have their interests at heart NOT the customer.
No stars would be more fitting.
Money for old rope for them.
Strap lines for company ethos false.

The system seems to be going out of fashion it is a very old system now and is not really in tune with the current changes in pharmacy and ecommerce. The support is very limited and the training is not existent if at all. For what the system owners charge they do not deliver. We have had ongoing problems with the system over the last several months especially with the printers that they had supplied, but still no resolution and they just seem to pass the bucket back to us, I dont see the point of paying for a maintenance contract when it dont do what it says. We are currently looking to move all our branches over to webrx. Very disappointing considering these guys have been round for so long and I think like all companies that don't keep in touch with there customers they will end up being a has been! Funny how all the reviews so far seem to give them 5 stars and no review lol.
