Good place to visit but too crowded and commercialized

Havent visited temple but a place for small relaxation for family

Huge Shiva statue is the usp of this place plus you get to buy a lot of herbal stuff.There is a mall called kidskemp joined with the temple.

Tell them to see just outer view of the big statue of lord ganesha and shiva . This is free

Really peaceful and spiritual place to visit. The biggest shiva statue in Bangalore

It seems a buisiness place instead of a temple. Though maintaining such a place needs revenue but the management is not wise regarding the fee structure for visit or to do pooja here. The place can be visited once at least. Go from the common entry (free of cost) Parking is a common one with mall from a common entry.

Compared to past experience, this place doesn't feel divine at all. Everyone r money minded here. But seeing the idol of lord Shiva is amazing n feels calm.

Remembered my childhood days after visiting so many years. And I can see so many changes from then and now. Very peaceful.

Good temple but get ready to pay for entrance @350rs . Rest good.

Amazing Artificially made kailaya shiva temple. A big Shiva and Ganesha can be seen here. A pond with two caves. You can see all the famous Shiva representation inside the caves. Good place to visit with family and kids. One can spend 2 hours here. Fee 150 for visiting caves+doing milk abishegam+ aarathi to Shiva yourself+coins to be left in the pond. 108 coins for leaving in Shiva+ agarbathi. Extra 100 for janma abhishega if you need. Located adjacent to kempfort mall. In the main road. Parking available. Temple+shopping available here. Lol.

More of exhibition and for commercial aspect....not a temple and no religious feeling.

In 2010 I was around here, kind of strange, they told us it was between the mountains. Don't expect to see real mountains. It is a scam in the name of Shiva and Ganesha.

Should not be any ticket charges for entry . Atmosphere is very good ,but I dont think we need to pay "150/- "this much of money to see god .

The ticket counter people behaves like marketing agent and nicely convince us to get 250rs ticket per head to enter into temple, saying there is cave and you can do archanai/abishekam on your own which we not suppose to do.

Entry is Free. Cave is 50 Rs you can pay inside the temple there is a counter.

Beautiful temple but they want money at every place

They have made temple a tourist spot. Says free entry, but charges in hundreds once entered inside.

Such a holistic place everyone should visit once in their life atleast...But the poojaris out there demands monye unnecessarily don't be cheated by them..

Remarkable place....must visit when ever u r with low energy

This is probably the first money minded Shiva temple in the world. I would rather frankly quote it as exhibition centre rather than temple. It is completely commercialised. No Lord Shiva will like it.

Entrance is curious. Statues are huge and nice. Place makes you calm . Books make you even more calm but you've to buy them

Good devotional place, you will really feel peace.The only minus point here is they charge entry fee Rs 250/- which is very high and it will be difficult for the poor people to pay. Hope the management understands and make some changes. Other than that is really a good place, You can see all types of shivlingas as well.

This was an amazing attraction within bangalore. The entry fee is too high, but still it's worth it. Nice photogenic views. The place was clean and well maintained. The caves (although artificial), while going inside are amazing.

I dont know why they collected too much money, seems like an exhibition of praying God.

The statue of Siva here is amazing. This place must have been thronged much more if it is in a park or something. The current place so congested and it actually diminishes the actual glory of this grant statue.

Nice temple with largest statue of goddess Shiva. Om Namah Shivaya

This is one temple in Bangalore which disgusts me. At every step and every point they are waiting to loot you and even the priests here aren't devoted enough so if you're paying a visit here don't shell out a penny and just see the Shiva statue and go home.

Totally hated it... Its just a business place.. What you pay for milk.. They'll pour the milk and then they'll collect the same again into a bowl and they'll sell it again to soemone..

It's a well built beautiful temple but one doesn't get the energy they usually get during a temple visit. It is completely commercialized and well run business. There are lots of distraction in the temple and you fail to fell that you are in a temple. Entry fee is 250 and they try to make money at every step they can. Though it's a temple, I wouldn't recommend it at all. Instead go to any other simple temple. In total I spent 360.

Beauty and asthetic place in Bangalore.you can get a touch of all Shiva lingas of entire India inside the temple. The various rituals you will allowed to perform inside will definitely enhance your spiritual power and peace of mind.Best place to spent weekend if you don't want to tour outside Bangalore

5 stars for the beautiful lord shiva idol and the surroundings. Beautiful temple indeed.

Must visit at least once if you are in bangalore. Just be careful from the cheap management tactics to loot you in all possible ways and places.
