I am interviewed there and only from interviewer, i am judging the company. Intelligent person he is, one star i have deduce for the HR i don't like her way to said that why you want to take that much hike, I think this is my personal prospective if not to affordable then you are not supposed to be take interviews. And you guys judge people with there previous company salary not with talent.
