I have been in the process of getting a mobile phone application developed. The garaunteed me it will take less than 5 months to complete, it has been 11 months and we have finally released with many errors still present. The team working on it are great, and I have enjoyed working with them, however their ability to reach milestones and their attention to detail is lacking. I have sadly been disappointed on many occassions and have had to request multiple bug fixes and design fixes that could have been picked up at their end without my involvement. I have been requesting support for some time and struggling to get it. The day the App released with errors they did not respond to my messages and I am still waiting for them to assign a project manager or quality assessor to help manage the issues. It has been quite a stressful journey in the last couple of months.
If you are not worried about timeframe or quality of work, then these guys will be fine and you will enjoy working with them. If you want a decent, reliable product, I suggest shopping around.
