I never really thought about it, but I would use a realtor to sell my house, so why not employ a professional to sell my RV... And I HATE spending the time to meet buyers who have no intent on buying my vehicles all the time. Obvious choice... Consign...

Can't express enough how pleased we are with our motorhome, and all of the people that work at RV Arizona. We are enjoying our motorhome already and have even sent a referral over to RV Arizona.
Special Thanks to: Chris, Dale, Al and Barry for all of their help, and Ofdaaaa to Al.
A great group of people to work with. I just consigned my truck and toy hauler with them. So far everything has gone smoothly on their end. I have confidence in them.
I was in search for my 4 the motorhome. The salesman was very impressed with himself but lacked basic product knowledge. I tried to make an offer on two units he didn't even respond and tried to convince me that he sells them like crazy. Then he decided that they were closing at 4:50. So I left. Good luck selling your RV through these people
I went to purchase the 2013 coachman Catalina they had on the lot back in February of 2019 and when I approached salesman in the office he had asked if I could come back later because they were short handed. In a pickle as he put it. well I had waited long enough to just talk to someone as it was so I just left. Well I bought one around the corner at Toms camperland that day. I ended up buying a Mallard 29 Bunkhouse 2016 about 33' long. I still see that coachman 2013 Catalina on there lot as of april 2019. I still wish I could have had the coachman instead though! So I hope your short handed predicament is over so some lucky family can enjoy it! Overall friendly people and a fantastic selection as my friend said who sent me there to begin with.
This is a RV Consignment Company but they treated us like we were buying a brand new coach. Our salesman Josh & Mgr Big Al are the greatest. Thank You Gentlemen. There were a few concerns we had & they took care of them without fail. We had water inside the coach on the floor & they sent a employee to us in Prescott & repaired it. I won't use anyone else, when we trade this in we will get the newer one from them. EVERYONE there treated us with utmost respect..... I wish everyone treated their customers as they did us.....
My husband and I recently bought an RV and sold our toy hauler with RV Arizona Consignment. We had a great experience on both ends of our transactions. We couldn't be happier with our new RV and with how quickly our toy hauler sold. Everyone was great to work with. Special shout out to Steve and Al on the sales side, Dale in finance, Ken and Mary in consignment. They have great processes in place to protect all parties involved. Highly recommend to buy or sell! A++++
We had a great buying experience. Ted, our salesman was super helpful and Anthony Winkler, the delivery specialist was the best! We cant wait to go camping in our new trailer!
There are a lot of knowledgable and friendly people in this sales and maintenance team. Each of them are genuinely working for you from the day you start looking to the day you close on a deal. There's also exceptional service after the sale. I highly recommend this place for any first time buyers.
From start to finish these guys: - listened - gave completely accurate descriptions of what they were selling & doing - worked on our behalf - bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule, including an unexpected breakdown & delay - did what they said they'd do, & more
We looked at lots of units, met some good folks, & a few others we hope to never meet again. But John (sales) & Chris (finance) made the whole process easy, and even fun.
Note to the prior owner of our new Sunrise: thanks so much for all the loving care you put into her.
Salesman was very tuned into what we were looking for. He did not drag us all over looking at RV's that were higher priced than our budget. the second trailer we looked at was perfect and we made the deal. if we were to buy another RV we would definitely go back
Had an awesome experience buying our new to us 5th wheel. We recommend these fine people. David Roy was a great help very knowledgable. Everyone we dealt with were terrific. Al. Keeley Michelle, and Anthony. Hope I named everyone who assisted us. Thanks again.
A friend of mine who bought a coach from Consignment Specialists referred me to them and my experience was wonderful, very professional and understanding of my wants needs and affords, no pressure and very friendly
We recently purchased our 2015 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2904ws with the help of your company and Flip your salesman. The entire process was painless and speedy. We love our trailer. Your tech did a awesome job with the comprehensive walkthrough.
Just bought an RV from AZ Consignment Specialists. Wonderful buying experience, and they did all the repairs and things they said that they would. Ken, Barry, Ted, and Joe were all a joy to deal with. I recommend AZ Consignment Specialists without reservation.
Just receivedd a Keystone Fuzion delivered to Santa Rosa, CA. The battery was almost dead on arrival. Command center read "disabled" on all slideouts. The owner, Al, told me how they delivered everything in working order as a sales point. Now he says "they can't guarantee anything after it drives off the lot." Al told me to call a local repair co. but with Covid-19 no one is taking on new business and no mobile repair companies are available. I am stuck. Just a bad deal all the way around.
My wife and I decided to travel soon via RV. This is something new to us , so we decided to rent. What I discovered was that I could buy a nice RV with the costs of just three rentals. No thank you. We then decided to look into ownership. I looked at possibilities on the internet over several weeks and ran across a listing by RV Arizona and was taken by the completeness of their discussions about each unit. One in particular stood out, so I contacted RVAZ asking if the unit were still available. Indeed it was. I continued to look at other internet options while pondering costs, etc.
After some time I again contacted RVAZ and, yes, the unit was still there with no offers. I then called and spoke to sales and made plans to meet with them and view the RV. I went to their large facility and discovered a very well organized Consignment sales situation. I liked the way they presented the RV I had spoken to them about and we began a discussion. After a time we came to an agreement and cash terms. I then went to my home in Nevada awaiting news that the RV was ready for my pick-up.
Two weeks later they called and I made arrangements so I could travel and pick up my RV. Needless to say the whole experience with RV Arizona was wonderful. I now own a beautiful 2016 Coachman Concord 300 DS that my wife has fallen in love with. I recommend RV Arizona to anyone who wants to deal with a highly qualified group that does not have any financial ownership of RV units to be concerned with. The Consignment aspect of the deal does make a big difference in how a give and take financial discussion takes place.
Great experience that started with the Chris in Sales and ended with Barry in Service, not to mention Joseph and Michelle in Finance and Delivery. My first RV, those guys made the experience wonderfully painless!
I purchased a class A Diesel from this place in August. I am mainly writing this review for out-of-state buyers with the hope they can avoid negative aspects of my buying experience. I contacted the dealership and got a call from Ken who was helpful in answering my questions and friendly. I explained to him the picky nature of my personality and I think he really tried to accurately describe the condition of the MH I was interested in. There was some sagging in the ceiling he made sure to inform me of. He also informed me of "some checking of the paint here and there." Because I had a previous MH with this issue on the caps, I came away with the impression that was pretty much the extent of it. The reality is the coach had lived in Texas and Arizona, and heat exacerbates "checking" condition - the entire coach is affected. This is a cosmetic issue so not the end of the world. But it will significantly affect resale. I was informed the buying process would include an inspection. But my lack of due diligence precluded me from realizing there are some basic items covered in their inspection but the major and more important items aren't considered; for this reason I recommend getting an inspection from a third party (I believe they would allow that) to inform the buying decision and justify the negotiations with respect to price. One nice thing they did was fix the sagging ceiling. Unfortunately this came at the expense of staining (one large spot on one of the seat cushions) the leather couch with the adhesive material used. I've asked for some help with that since I have a picture of the couch prior showing no stain, but at this point I believe I'm stuck with it. I will have to have it reupholstered or replaced. Additionally, I spent an hour or so cleaning all the other spots from the walls and floor. Upon picking up the MH, I was assured everything on the inspection list was tested and operational. Strangely the MH was not hooked up to water nor was there any water in the tank. So I didn't verify that the hot water heater (Auqua Hot) worked or that there were any leaks. Turns out when I stayed the night half way home (300 miles) the water was barely warm for a shower. When I got home I found the kitchen faucet leaked from underneath and out to the living room floor when I turned it on. I tightened the water lines and took care of the leak. But I had to take the MH 75 miles away to have the Aqua Hot fixed (bad thermostat). They did cover my $200 deductible, but it cost me $100 in fuel which they would not cover. Huge mistake on my part taking the word of the tech that all was fine and not verifying myself. Other items I was not happy about: black paint overspray on the cargo doors from panting the metal frames; huge rodent nest above the fuel tank; and the overall cleanliness of the interior. In the end I got a nice MH in the size I wanted with great features at a decent price. I will have to spend several thousand more to make it as I hoped it would be. I'm not sure what to make of my experience. I'm not going to say the tech lied about testing all the systems because I failed to verify. But he did tell me that he filled the air mattress in the pull-out couch and it worked. It did not work and I had to buy a new one. So I'm inclined to think that may be a sign. Ken, Joe in finance and and Michelle in service were great to deal with, so my conclusion is they don't have a personnel issue; they have a process issue, which puts more onus on the buyers making sure they are satisfied with the systems their inspection does cover. I suspect local buyers would be less likely to encounter the same problems. So to reiterate, I hope this review can help out-of-state buyers have a better experience than I did.
I would never consign your trailer here. Brought in a 2017 Keystone Hideout and wanted to get under their going rate so I decided to bring it here only to realize they wanted to list it 8k over the going rate for the trailer. I decided to pick it up since you only have 5 days to do so but they were closed for the holiday (weird that a sales company closes on holidays) and now have to make arrangements to pick it up within the time frame. All in all terrible experience, sales are closed on Sundays and apparently holidays, communication is terrible. Will never go there again to consign or purchase.
Came to browse. Staffed by what seems to be four in the office and three in the cleaning, maintaine shed. Appears friendly and knowledgeable.May do business with them soon.
I cannot say enough good about Chris Jaska at RV Arizona. Additionally, we feel we were treated very fair by all. We were jammed for time, and had to do the deal almost all by emails, and phone calls. We had to drive 1500 miles to pick up the RV, and make a fast turn around. That left me no choice but to not do a nice long test drive before sealing the deal. Because of that I took their claim of them "testing out major components and "test driving" literally. They did fulfill most of that by doing a great job repairing the genset, and refer. However, the turn signal worked momentarily then did not work the entire 1500 mile drive back home, nor did the cruise-control. I take most responsibility for not doing the test drive and finding such obvious things myself, but am holding back a full Five-Star rating for them not finding the obvious turn signal issue, and the inoperative cruise-control. All said and done, I still highly recommend Chris Jaska, and RV Arizona.
Greg at RV Arizona was great we had a lot of questions and he answered all of them honestly and with no b.s. we liked that he didn't try to shove a sale down our throats
We had such a wonderful smooth experience! Dave and Al where fantastic low pressure sales truly listened to us and what our families needs where. The lot had nice quality RVs and travel trailers not a bunch of junk like other lots. If your looking for your needs to be met come here.. when our family is in need of an upgrade I can guarantee we will be back! Btw is was worth the drive up from Tucson.. don t hesitate to travel it s worth it!!! Thank you Dave and AL!
Just visited here from out of town, and dealt with Josh - a very pleasant and friendly young man. Office was very clean and attractive. Great first impression!
Tried to buy a consignment coach a couple months ago and had bad experience. Put deposit down was told couple of days it would be ready then no communication with ANYONE! After a month of this stress we cancelled the deal. Happened to get online a couple of weeks ago and noticed the coach was still listed (and reduced in price). Called and was told they had a deposit on it and that the people were from Oklahoma and were trying to obtain their own financing, so, ok two weeks later still listed online for sale! I walked in today ( friday 9/19 and asked what was going on with the coach and was again told about the deposit ( blah, blah) and I asked how long they intended to wait on their buyer because we were offering cash and go and he (marty) told me " forever, like they waited on us" I stopped him and said no sir! They NEVER waited on us but it was us who waited on them and he then said hey I have lots of coaches if you want to look, if not go. Just go. Go I did! Who does business like that? We waited for more than a month with little communication but only to hear about all the repairs they were making then to be handled like this! Just a heads up , if one thing they dont like happens ( especially when they are in wrong) you will not be treated professionally. I'm thinking shady, shady business at best! UPDATE! when I left this place I went "shopping" and I ended up purchasing a really nice winnebago for a better price! So, if you want to be treated with respect and handled fairly go to Anthem RV ! They know how to treat you AND they also want to make sales!
All the coaches are 6-7thousand above blue book and won't budge on price and they offer ridiculous prices on your trade in.Basicly there stuff is great and your stuff is not good
Great people, easy to deal with... They take a lot of pride in making sure that the unit is clean and in good working order before it leaves the lot. My only suggestion is to PLEASE not armor all the toy hauer ramp! That turned it into a ski slope, haha.
Omg what a rude salesman. I don't know if he was stereotyping us by our appearances or what but be greeted is with an attitude. I Just had shoulder surgery and its hot so were bit dressed up. We are looking to buy another 5th wheel asap and he basically told us they had nothing that would work for us. Took us to see one but he couldn't find it. We told him we were had an idea of what we wanted butt excited to browse all options. We asked to see one that caught our eye and hetold is it was out of our reach. WTH? we insisted on seeing it which irritated him. We told him we own 2 rvs already and he began to preach to us all about traveling and that we should but a motorhome. He then took us to our car and left us. We are off to another rv lot. Never been treated this poorly. EVER!!!
Every dealer I spoke with said call RV Arizona Ted in consignments was the nicest hometown boy I could ever speak with. He took the time to explain everything with me on a walk in. I won t need anybody else in the future to help with any R V issues. I m not a robot and didn t get a free lunch for this review. Tks Ted. Tom K.
Our experience with RV Arizona was very pleasant from start to finish. When we hit the lot we knew what we wanted and our salesman showed us what he had keeping our wants and needs in mind. He didn't try to divert us to something else or upsell us and that went a long way with my wife and I. I have been RVing for 40 years and I am to old to play games. We found exactly what we were looking for and from there on until we drove it off the lot things went very smooth and were professionally handled. This place has got an inventory that makes Camping World and La Mesa RV look like beginners. Yes I am happy with RV "Arizona and I will go out of my way to tell everybody I meet about them.....
We didn't know how consigning our RV works, but we wanted to sell our coach and we knew we couldn't do it by ourselves since it's stored in a lot and would be difficult to show. Surprisingly, Kip, a very knowledgeable and detailed rep explained everything to us up front and he covered a lot of things we never thought about. We appreciated how straightforward and simple the process was and confident we made a good choice. We've had some good activity on our coach and we made a deal and pleased with our sale. Thanks to all the folks at RV Arizona who pitched in to make this a rewarding experience.
We went to just kick tires. It was nice that there was no one trying to jam a trailer down our throat. It wasn't nice that there weren't a few more trailers open and tourable. Only a few were open. Gave us a few ideas though.
We consigned our 2017 Heartland Road Warrior and , to be honest, I was leery. I knew we were going to lose money, it was just a question of how much money. Jack told me what he thought he could get us, net, and we decided it would be acceptable and signed a 90 day contract. About 60 days into the contract I received a call from Jack telling me they had a buyer. From there, Michelle took over to handle all the paperwork. Bottom line, they did exactly what they said they would do. If you are realistic about the price you are willing to accept for your RV, I highly recommend Consignment Specialists.
Awesome to work with highly recommend. The entire staff from sales to financing to the guys that work on the units. All wonderful to work with. Thank you!
I recently bought an RV from RV Arizona Consignment Specialists, I was met by Chris Abbey one of the salesman, First of all he was very knowledgeable of the RV I was interested in which and second just a nice guy that made both me and my wife comfortable. We took a test drive without a prescribed route (which was nice) and the RV was awesome. At that point I informed Chris I wanted this RV, Chris clearly explained to us everything that would happen from that point forward and he was spot on. We took delivery about a week later and the RV was spotless ( as good as new ). Also I have to mention James the Technician that prepared the RV for delivery and the final walk through as he did an amazing job detailing it and took us through every aspect of the operation of the RV. I rated them 5 stars but if there were 10 stars I would give it to these guys.
Loved this no hassle no pressure dealer . JP was our sales guy and he is fantastic. Loved the financing gentleman as well Joe. Again , no pressure to buy ANYTHING ! Thanks guys for such a great experience at buying our FIRST RV!!! Blessings to you all
We were very pleased with RV Arizona's selection and pricing on previously owned motorhomes. We found them very easy to deal with and purchased a nice 2013 model. Everything about the transaction was painless and smooth all the staff we met went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we understood everything. There was no pressure, no push to sign anything. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable with each step. I would recommend this seller and would use them again.
We purchased a 5th wheel 2 days ago. The salesman was nice, but they don't like to negotiate. When we went to walk through after "prep", appliances are working, but cleaning appears to be vacuuming only. Could not hook up to our 5th wheel hitch, turns out owner modified it for his super glide hitch and didn't tell anyone. They're answer is everyone lies and they do too. Be careful purchasing on consignment and pay the prep fee at other dealerships, it is worth it.
We purchased our RV from here, and our buying experience went smoothly. Their service department, however, is seriously lacking. On two separate occasions they assured me something was working just fine when in reality things had to be fixed and replaced. So I will be taking my repair work elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. Although maybe they thought that since I'm female I don't know what I'm talking about? Maybe if my husband had been the one to show them what's wrong they would have actually fixed the things.
Dis-satisfied customer, would think twice about doing business with this organization. Temp registration expired on Feb 14,2020 Called and asked about the registration. Response: Plates, tags and registration were mailed January, I was informed that I will be receiving an email with the current registration. It would be my responsibility to contact the Department of Motor Vehicles to get the plate and tags. In today's healthy environment I went and paid for a duplicate plate, tags and registration. Nothing like paying for something twice. Today March 24, 2020, I received from Consignment Specialist, 12495 N W Grand Ave, El Mirage AZ 85335, the ORIGINAL PLATE, TAGS and REGISTRATION. However, I am not able to use these because I went and got the duplicate items. Where was the service after the sale?
My wife previously left a review as we just purchased our first RV. We had a good experience with the sales people, however it was the after the sales people experience that took a turn. our first road trip with the RV was terrible. The RV shook horribly after getting up to a higher speed. Something that was hard to tell with in town driving even getting it up in higher speeds with test drive. We purchased the extended warranty to include the tire warranty that was pitched as a warranty that would cover tires and was "good to get" since it would cover the tires as those can be very costly. Well what the finance person did not state was that this was only tire coverage if something happens on the road. We got the RV in for service and were advised that the RV needs all new tires. We found out that our Tire warranty does not cover us in this situation. Very unhappy customers and feel as though we were taken advantage of. We should have been told that the tires would not be included in this type of situation and should have been advised that the tires would need to be replaced before getting on the road. We understand that the tires would not have been covered by the service exam, however they make you feel as though with the exam the RV is road ready and had a thorough overview. This was not the case. It was very unsafe for us to be on the road with the RV the way it was. As first time RV purchasers we placed our trust in this dealer and thought we were being taken care of. Our mistake. Be careful. If you buy here you need to make sure and have the tires checked out before finalizing the purchase or taking the vehicle out on the road.
Sold an RV here. I wouldn't do it again. The head honcho must have flunked out of insurance salesman school, then got kicked out of used car salesman school! What a joke!
They were nice to work with at first they didn't follow thru. We made a deal, offered to send a deposit with credit card but salesman said just come in when you have time. Within 24 hours they sold the RV out from under us even though we had agreed on a deal. Shady and untrustworthy. Buyer beware and cover your butt, they do not have your best interest in mind. Will not be doing business with them in the future. Thanks JP
We were very pleased with the service we received at RVAZ. Everyone was polite and enjoyable to talk to, from the sales person all the way through when taking possession and the complete walk-through we got from Albert. The combined years of experience that was shared is priceless. One caveat, being first timers we had measured our CanAm and it is 11 6 so we thought a 12 garage would fit but we were not prepared as to how said garage is measured and we never discussed with online, our bad! The bathroom in the garage takes up space therefore when tried to fit it after getting our RV home, the CanAm did not fit. Next time we will know to measure ourselves. Lesson learned. We love our newly modified 5th wheel.
Absolutely an awesome experience. NO PRESSURE at all. Everyone we delt with was very professional and respectful of my wife and myself, as well as, our time. A complete turn around from other RV sales businesses we have delt with in the past. DEFINITELY a 5 experience.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, "shady Al" decides to called me 7 months after I purchased an rv there to let me know they screwed up on my tags and that I owe another $481.32.
