It is 9:30 on Monday, June 12th, 2017. I have been calling since 9:15. Apparently 45 minutes is too close to closing time to take an order. Better change your hours to end when you're going to stop answering calls then! No bother, we were going to try you for the first time but there are plenty of pizza places in town who answer our calls and that we like much better :)

They have great pizza and sandwiches but I personally love their salads they are the best in town!!! If you are looking for a good salad or to try something different, LSP is the best place to start!

I give it one star only because it says "hated it" otherwise i could have given it none. The food is horrendously overpriced; who pays over $20 for a single topping 16"? On top of that the place is dirtier than a high school locker room. The owner is very rude, and i'm pretty sure she was on something. The food did taste good, however it made me feel just terrible afterwards. Overall, too expensive, too rude, and totally not worth the trip over. Huron Bakery has sandwiches that if rated in comparison to LSP's subs, in both price and taste Huron Bakery is transcendent.

I love Lake Superior Pizza Subs! Their food is outstanding and fresh, they have a great family deal, great prices and their employees are always so kind. I go at least once a week. Highly recommend

Pizza and sandwich were great. We got our money's worth. Friendly and fast service, right to your car if needed. Pizza was hot and tasty, I like a spicier sauce, but theirs will do. The sandwich was enough for two meals.

Oh. My. Goodness. I CANNOT get enough of their pizza rolls. I could literally LIVE off these things. My family and I come up to Marquette every summer, and I look forward to getting one every. single. year.

I will never spend another penny at this restaurant. I had ordered the family special which was advertised as $25 and a pizza roll for $3.50, my total should have been $28.50 or $30.21 after tax. I was charged $34.42 but did not want to cause a fuss at the restaurant. After I left I look at the charge on my debit card and I was charged $39.42 so I reached out to the owner to try and understand these charges. She told me I had left a $5 tip on my receipt, which I did not an employee must have wrote this in after I left. Unless you want to be a victim of FRAUD do not eat here. I was never told why I was overcharged the other $4. The owner told me she would refund my card and she only refunded the $5 fraudulent tip!! Also the pizza is greasy and the toppings slide around when trying to transport it home, breadsticks are hard as a rock, cheese spread has zero flavor, and my salad came without the cucumbers I had paid for. Support different local businesses that actually have morals!!!!!

Oh my gosh I came to this little shop with my expectations high...and well LSP didn t just meet my expectations, but went above and beyond!!! When I walked in and I could smell the fresh smell of the food and was greeted by everyone. Every time I go into there I feel so welcomed and leave satisfied. Way to go LSP!!

Waited hour to have my pizza slid off to the side of the box. Typical local restaurant experience Delivery arrived 10:07pm, 7 minutes after closing. Left town next morning. I ve never heard nor was told on the phone when I ordered my pizza to be forewarned that my pizza s cheese might slide off. Not trying to be difficult but that inherently sounds ridiculous.

Lake Superior Pizza is so much more than just a pizza and sub shop! They also make nachos and they were by far some of the best nachos I have found here in Marquette! Absolutely loaded with quality ingredients and in a manageable pile so it wasn't just four inches of chips with a smattering of toppings, oh no, this was an inch or so of chips with serious weight piled on top. Between my boyfriend and myself we were unable to even finish it all - and it was so delicious we were definitely trying! So, if you're bored of pizza, pizza rolls, and subs...give the LSP nachos a try!

So we have been loyal customers for over 20 years and since the new owner ship we have gotten 7 orders, thats 2 subs per order, and 4 of the times the order was wrong. Sometimes for just one sub sometimes for 2 of the subs. The owner was good about fixing the problem the first 2 times but now they just offer a discount on the next sub. We live 15 minutes away and no immediate solution . If you order a sub, check immediately before you leave the parking lot . To make sure it is made correctly. Its sad since we like the product ..... (Reply to Owners comment)- Since you brought up Remedy. I dont think a 15% discount off another sub that is most likely to be made wrong again is a Fair remedy. A replacement or refund is the correct remedy. I wish your buisness all the best.

Ordered their $25 pizza, bread and salad special. We were staying in a hotel that was 6 minutes from restaurant. It took them over 2 hours to deliver order. By that time the pizza was luke warm, bread sticks where hard and cold and the salad was wilted. Do not order for delivery from this place!!

They treat me like family, I absolutely love everything on the menu. Such delicious food, very generous portions. There is an option for just about anyone. There is quite a variety. I absolutely love the Dagwood sub, chicken fajitos, which are similar to nachos, and it's huge. The options for different types of pizza is pretty incredible too. Try them today, you will not be disappointed. Grab a family special, a large 3 topping pizza with a huge salad, and an order of breadsticks that comes with a delicious cheesy dip and some marinara. Make your belly happy.

NOTE: I normally don't dip below three stars on a rating unless I've had a drastically horrific experience, especially for a place I have truly enjoyed in the past, which is why I'll maintain this particular three-star review. I cannot, however, continue to respond to the edits the owner makes of their response to this review. I just don't have the bandwidth to do so. HOWEVER, I will say that once upon a time I truly did enjoy LSP, and my rating was four stars. Perhaps they will get there again. Perhaps not. I won't be a customer with them any longer, so I will not have the capacity to adjust my review. When I was enjoying it, my favorites were the Italian Chicken sandwich (on garlic bread with extra tomatoes, add mushrooms), the Chicago-style dog, the Dagwood sandwich, and the stromboli. My wife enjoys their pizza rolls. As for my current and final review and star rating: I was upset with my food. It wasn't the first time since the sale of LSP. I let them know. I then adjusted my Google review to three stars -- an adjustment I would make to any review based on my recent experiences. I was then accused of giving negative reviews out "everywhere" and, thus, I became more upset. I did realize that I had overreacted and I did message -- not email -- an apology. I discovered shortly thereafter I was blocked from being able to message or comment on their FB page. That's their prerogative, and I can respect that. However, I find being blocked to be the ultimate snub from a business. I had believed they did not see my apology as their mention of it in yet another edit of the response to this review was the first time they acknowledged it. It is my prerogative to leave a review, which I am. In my opinion, this current operation (as of mid-2020) is a three-star review. So I'm going to put it at three based on my interaction with the owner and final two orders and I will not be amending it. I will not be visiting the establishment to make any further consideration. This is not a retaliatory review, but an honest assessment of my experience with the little shop on Lincoln. I do wish them luck, and I hope LSP finds its footing and returns as one of the best little local joints around. That is my sincere hope.
