Good store, smaller than many of the others. Always good service and help around the store. Good coupon deals today also.

Employees are the best here, always so sweet and helpful.

Everyone who works here is exceptionally friendly and helpful! I went in for a vaccine and a few groceries and was able to be in and out in a timely fashion.

Also, shout out to the pharmacy staff who went above and beyond any staff I've seen before. They're truly going beyond the call of duty for all their customers. P.S. Thank you for the glittery band aid, shiny things are my jam.

Wonderful employees, I always feel welcome. The food is always fresh and a great selection. This is one of the best Kings in town.

People are very nice and helpful.I like the one on Colorado and Iowa.I have noticed I can't get good books there any more.I think that could improve. Theirs stores are clean.Their prices are okay.

They had a custom who found my car keys and my King Soopers rewards card was on it and they called me by looking me up from it...I didn't know I lost them because I used a different car several days ago

Cashier helped me fund the FFD item, which wss hidden at front behind signs. A good selection of discounted items.

Small enough to know where everything is. Fast checkout and never too crowded. Clean, nicely stocked shelves.

I ALWAYS wait for help in the self check line! Their selection is good, but not great too.

The people are genuinely authentically nice they go out of their way to help you I've never had a bad experience there I shop there on a weekly basis and being a disabled veteran they go out of their way to help me I've always been able to find anything I've needed and if I had a question they can answer it if they couldn't always went to someone who could it's hard to find people like that. Thank you King Soopers for being there or I'd probably starve to death LOL

This is a very convenient grocery shopping stop, not just for food but for so many holiday ideas, & deals for celebrating the spirit of giving!!

King Soopers has a good selection of vegan frozen "Gardein" brand main courses (our favorite). They also have 1Quart containers of So Delicious Dairy Free Creamy Vanilla frozen dessert. King Soopers is a little cheaper than Natural Grocers and Whole Foods.

So much better than the Safeway that's just down Colorado it's like night and day.

A grocery store. They sell food and also toothpaste. I love coming here. The people will help you find anything you ask for. They don't have motor oil though.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING
This king soopers has the worst customer service in my area.

MEAT AND SEAFOOD
The employees don't approach you at the meat and sea food counter and have to be called to to come over. They basically ignore you and when you say ''excuse me'' they say ''did you need something'' instead of coming over to help you.

NOT ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS
I found a wasp in the women's bathroom in summer time and told a worker on the floor and she said ''so what did you want me to do about it'' which was very rude of her. I said ''I just wanted to let you know so no one gets stung by it'' she remained silent.

BAKERY DEPARTMENT
The workers at the bakery are similar to the meat and seafood counter, you have to call to them to get them to come over if you can find anyone. They are usually in back

CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER

There is one woman who works at the customer service counter who I absolutely dread. She is an older heavy set woman with curly hair. She is the most unfriendly, rude person I have ever met at king soopers. I have reported her multiple times for being very rude.

MANAGEMENTS RESPONSE

Managers at this king soopers do listen to you when you complain, but do very little about it other than that. The same workers will be there day in and day out treating customers in the same poor manner they always have. Which is why I travel two times further to another location. I like king soopers just not bad service and bad attitudes.

OPINION TIME
King soopers is a good store with great prices, but they need friendly positive workers at their locations. I need a positive experience after a long day at the office. I don't need to be dazzled with sparklers or anything, just a normal ''did you find everything ok'' conversation with the clerk, and a bagger that wont ignore me and walk off when I am trying to thank them for bagging my groceries. A little friendliness really adds to the experience.

Easy to navigate, parking is close and relatively easy. Never have had to wait very long at checkout

I like the store and its products (5star) but as some people mentioned before, they look at me like a potential thief! Specially when I am using the self checkout machine, one of the staffs stands there and stares at me to make sure I scan everything! It makes me feel really uncomfortable

Pleasant friendly service from the majority of the stockers etc, horrible & rude service from cashier's and customer service cashier's. When issues arose with mislabeled items they were in too much of a hurry to properly address the issue which resulted in us being over charged. When asking for a correction we were treated very rudely, everything was about their time, not about what is right or what the customer needs. We will not be back.

I love this neighbour store which you could find fresh fruits and vegetables, and also fresh meat. It is always a pleasure experience if you are shopping there.

My KS store is convenient to me. I know most of the people who work in the store. The lady who works over in western union , I believe her name is Leanne, is always so helpful, polite and courteous. There is another Leanne there that went out of her way to go in the back and find me a product that was out of stock on the shelves. Now that's customer service. The bakery lady in charge back there helped my daughter get the decoration she wanted on her birthday cake. I had made the mistake of going to the big super store on Leetsdale to order it. Not only was the bakery lady rude she also told me she wouldn't do it it was a lot of trouble and she didn't have time. So I went back to my store and of course, she was more than happy to do it for her. Cashier Debbie and GG are always polite and so helpful. I wouldn't change my store for anything. My motto is if I can't find it in my store they will get it for me. What more can you ask for.

I like it here. It's probably the best prices in the neighborhood. The store is small so selection might be limited in comparison to other stores but it's also less crowded.

I visited this store while visiting from upstate NY. I was surprised I was able to find my brand and flavor of coffee creamer and loved the availability of my favorite produce . I didn't have the member discount card but a very friendly helpful cashier (wish I could recall his name for a shout out) provided me with one. Also was impressed with prices, cleanliness, and quality of products!

Don t go here. Travel a little bit further to the one just south

This location pales in comparison to the much larger store on Cherry St. It's only a few blocks away but getting around this area gives a good reason to just stopping into this location. It's one of the smaller King Soopers I've been to. The parking lot seems crowsded but it's never a big issue.

Recently ordered a specialty cake from the bakery....a cake shaped like a hamburger. 24 years ago my son had a hamburger birthday cake from king soopers. He moved back to Colorado in April...so when I called the store to see if they could make this for him they were so helpful. The cake looked amazing!! Just like it did when he was 4. So thank you for helping us celebrate our sons birthday even though we are 2000 miles away.

Agree with others about being treated like a thief. Standing behind you at the Redbox. Or while waiting at the service counter for someone to actually show up and help you...her comes security, starring, as usual.
I also clearly look my age (40), and couldn't get Nyquil. Hey jerks, you can use "reasonable judgement" to determine my age!!! They are just that incapable over there. I use them for quick trips since i can walk there....but refuse to spend my larger trips there. You are better off going to Leetsdale....the parking problem there is a small price to pay to not shop at this KS.

I save so very much $ on my grocery bill.....I love the produce Dept, all their products are guarantee replaced or refunded!!

One of King Soopers older stores, it has a good neighborhood feel to it. All the basics of a good grocery store.
