I'd give it 0 Stars if I could. The service was HORRENDOUS and quality even worse. I used them before and was a returning customer when they gave me flyers and business cards I could not use because the quality was so bad. I had trouble getting the files uploaded on the website and when I emailed the person they added the wrong one to my order- I sent them a low resolution copy so they can answer a question for me, and they printed the draft copy even though I sent them the print quality copy for them to use once my question was answered and she responded to the email with the correct attachment. They lied and said they didn't get the copy, and when I showed them the response they sent they tried to blame me for what their system wasn't doing. To add insult to disservice, instead of reprinting it or refunding my money, they had the nerves to offer me a small discount if I placed the order with them again. My order was in que for days, and they don't answer the phone when you call. That Customer service is a joke.

The company and Staff of Rush Flyers, did a outstanding job. The operator was able to walk me through my order. She was able to help, when I made a mistake with my email. My order got to my address, 2 days ahead of schedule. I look forward with the relationship, I've built with Rush Flyers. Keep up the good work.

I just ordered face masks for my jazz station with our logo. The masks arrived today and they are absolutely perfect! I love this and will be ordering more very soon! Thank you Rush Flyers for a wonderful job!!

Rush Flyers Is The Best Company to get a good rate on printing flyers. I paid 261 dollars for 5,000 4X6 club flyers that came out how I wanted them and on time the date that was given. I will always do my business thru them.

Everytime i use rushflyers they go over and beyond. I get the best prices and great service. They are my go to.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. I ordered promotional material for a magic show. This is how my family makes our living. They took my money and I didn't receive our promotional material. After the material didn't show up I called twice and left voicemails. No one called me back. I finally spoke to Pedro today who scolded me for not having my order number in front of me and having him look it up through my e-mail address.

Pedro informed that there was an issue with the graphic design. Its nice that they didn't want to print something that they believed had a flaw but they never contacted me. No e-mails. No phone calls.

This material is date sensitive as it was for promoting an event. Now we have an event coming up with no promo material. We will either have to go to a local printer and spend hundreds of more dollars on top of the hundreds of dollars that Rush Flyers stole from me or cancel the performance and be out the $450 for the building rental.

I asked Pedro to speak with a supervisor or for a refund and flatly refused and insisted that I have to email any requests.

I e-mailed the company my request for a refund. To my surprise I did not receive an refund nor was I contacted by a supervisor. I received an e-mail back from Pedro telling him I could submit a request to speak to a supervisor or they could go ahead and print the materials. 1) I had already requested to speak to a supervisor and was denied 2) The materials will be useless by the time they are reprinted as they are time sensitive.

I took a chance on this company and I regret it. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've been a customer of Rush for over 2 years now. They always make sure my business cards are there best quality that I can get! Most recently Lisa was an enormous help when the image files I sent weren't up to par regarding quality! Instead of making a batch anyways she contacted me and we sorted the problem out. Now my new batch of cards are being processed. Thank you Lisa!!

Bottom line: Only worth using if you're not super concerned with quality or getting your order on time. Unwilling to issue satisfactory refunds in spite of errors on their side.

I placed my order on a Thursday morning and paid $10 extra to guarantee a 1-day turnaround. But the job wasn t shipped until Tuesday, so it s not going to make it in time for our event.

Had to call their office because there was no order tracking available on the website (there s also no print preview available).

The customer service rep was helpful and apologetic, but said that a supervisor was only willing to refund the $10 and send us a 20% off coupon code.

We won t be using that code because the low prices are certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with a poor website experience and a non-existent refund policy.

I have placed several orders and no problem but I recently placed an order that was shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS at the fault of Rush Flyers... First I talked to HEATHER and she is the worst person to have in the position that she holds!!! She told me to contact Fed-Ex and track my package... I'm sorry but, I paid you for a service and a product so it is your responsibility to track down that package to ensure that I get my product NOT MINE!!!!
I talked to her again and she escalated the call to EMILY and I had yet to hear back from EMILY so I called back and got HEATHER again and she said that EMILY was in a meeting... With frustration now kicking in, I told HEATHER that they act as though they are doing ME A FAVOR by making sure that I got an order that I ALREADY PAID FOR and this HEATHER lady hung up in my face....
The product and prices may be good but the customer service is THE WORST and HEATHER should lose her job because she is going to continue to cost this company money. As I read the other reviews, I am not the only person that has had a bad customer experience with this company.... She must be a relative....

It took a week for me to receive 500 business cards that i was not only told i over paid for but would be done in 3 business days on the website! When i called customer service they noticed a mistake on their website as to how long it would take for my cards and then told me a date my card would be delivered. That day comes and still no cards so i called back and then i am told well your cards should have been delivered today if they weren t thats not our fault thats Fedex fault, what do you want me to do and for that reason i will never spend my money with this company, i have shopped with them for years and never had a problem but for them to address my issues like that completely unprofessional!

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER. I used to use these guys religiously. Just had the worst Customer Service experience with them. The mistakenly SHIPPED my PICK UP order to the billing address of my client (adding 7 days to the turnaround) I had gone there twice before to pick up the order and was told it wasn't ready... even after receiving the email confirmation for pickup. Not only have they embarrassed me but they've upset my client. They refused to do anything to resolve the matter.

I work for a large organization in the Fort Lauderdale area, and we consistently print large amounts of flyers and other print items on almost a weekly basis, and Rush Flyers has been an invaluable asset to us for over 6 years. The reason why I haven't switched companies is because of the immediate service they provide, as well as the prices that really can't be beaten for the quality. Trust me, I've tried comparing others, but it's very difficult to beat Rush in terms of quality, pricing, and turnaround time. When you're in a pinch for time, RF will do what they can to expedite your order by providing a RUSH service at an additional cost, and they even allow you to come by at any time day or night to pick up your items - there's usually always someone there. I would definitely recommend RF to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trusted printer, who will not only give you quality items, but will give it you FASTER than others.

I actually just received an email from customer service apologizing for the delay in my order but advising that my only recourse was to throw the product away and they would refund my shipping. I, of course, would still be charged for the product. Rush USED to be the best & fastest way to get printing. This will be my last order!

For several years now, I have gone to Rush Flyers for all of my printing needs. The customer service is unmatched. The prices are almost unbeatable and the quality is A1.

Cheap printing, but shitty customer service. They printed a few orders for me of a specific color purple that came out fine. I ordered business cards with same color purple that came out BLUE and they refused to fix it for me. Also RE-ordered a stand-up banner that they order from a different company. The second time around it came with a bar that was not adjustable. This is not ok, and they again refused to do anything at all to fix the issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They told me they would "look into" what they could do and then never responded back again for either issue. I paid for my business cards and didn't take them so they could see the issue with the color. Money down the drain...

As a 10 unit restaurant chain with locations in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana we were looking for a way to streamline our flyer/table tent needs. Rush flyers was the perfect answer and 3 years later we are still 100% satisfied with their service and products. Before Rush, we were printing and shipping to our office, bundling there, and THEN shipping out to the 10 stores. Now they take care of everything once we upload the artwork! They re able to ship our desired product to all of the locations efficiently at a price that can t be beat. Great products and professional personnel always available to help. I ordered a 10,000 run job and paid for ground shipping. I needed these flyers to pass out at a parade that was "extremely important" for me because of the amount of people who would physically receive my flyers. However, when i received my ground shipped flyers, to my suprise i only had printing on one side. I panicked of course because here I am two days away from a planned parade that i was to attend and give out 10,000 "double sided" flyers and i only have one side. I immediately called Rush Flyers demanding answers and without argument, Monica said don't worry about it, we will do a reprint asap and also foot the bill and send you your flyers delta dash! Wow! What professionalism! Thanks Monica!!! You guys have a rush flyer client for life!

My husband and I do freelance graphic designing, and typically use Rush Flyers. We have been somewhat satisfied with their services and even overlooked the terrible customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere. On August 20th we placed an order for a post card like layout without gloss in the amount of 1,000. We gave our client the turnaround time based on what was on the website and what we were told after check out. Well, after days of not receiving shipping status like we normally do, we called. We called for almost two days before we were able to reach someone. Now we are being told that cards with no gloss take 7-10 days for processing. The website does not state that there is a difference in shipping between the gloss and non-gloss items. We have a client with a wedding on Aug 30th, and their order will not even be printed until Sat. Rush Flyers refushes to refund so that we can try and get them printed locally, they will only refund 30.00 which is the shipping cost. When we order with RF we always got our order in 3-4 days. Terrible customer service and no willingness to help resolve issue even though it was an error on their end.

Rush Flyers has never come close to letting me down!!! Not ever!!! Most of my printing needs with Rush were last minute decisions on my part, due to the nature of my business. That being said, never once did Rush Flyers fail to meet their promised delivery date and time.

I ve been counting on Rush Flyers for about a decade, and have directed many people to them over those years, not one compliant to, or from me.

I have been printing with them all the pieces for my restaurant for over 2 months now.
Menus, stickers, flyers, posters, traymat and business cards.... I love the quality!
Also The workers are very nice and always attentive to help.

Ordered postcards. They were printed crooked, undersize and not centered. I asked for a reprint, and got nothing but delays. They didn't have any samples to verify the product was crooked. They couldn't find my order.

It went on until I had enough, and instructed our credit card company to reverse the charges.

Too bad, as I print postcards once or twice a month for my clients.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Their team is top notch the quality of work is phenomenal. They work personally with you on every project to ensure that you get exactly what you want. The customer service has been the best I have ever had in this industry. I have been printing production products for 12 years and these guys blow everyone else out of the water. Use them for all you printing and you will not be disappointed.

Emily from customer service... Couldn't have been any ruder on the phone before hanging up on me. VERY disappointed in the quality of my business cards, they were damaged and the colors were off and then to have her be as rude as she was on top of that was unacceptable. Been placing orders here for years but never again.

If you place an order with Rush be proactive and follow-up on the status. Just because it's called Rush Flyers doesn't always mean they are quick. They aren't the best sending status updates so you must follow-up with phone calls.

Rush Flyers? That is only the name of the company. They will not give you a solid production schedule just the standard 5-7 days, and that is only IF you can get through to customer service. Usually you will get a recording to leave your name & number & they will call you back...good luck getting a call back.

I love the service, some parts of my card needed to be changed, and they did that and after being printed, they came out extremely nice, I LOVE THEM responded very quickly

Had an issue with my business cards and I was not happy but they have resolved the issue and in speaking with someone higher up she reassured and apologized for what happened and has offered a reprint on my business cards. I do appreciate the effort they took to reach out to me the next day.
