I have unreserved praise for the service I have had from Bross Bennett. Everyone at the firm has always been very friendly and efficient. I am not sure how I would have got throughout a very difficult divorce without my solicitor Ruth Bross. As well as her excellent advice, expertise and tenacity, I always knew she really cared about me and the outcome of my case. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

2.5 stars...I have mixed feelings of Bross Bennett. I have used them extensively during my divorce. Initially, I was impressed by one of the partners, however it didn't go well at all. Costs spiralled and I ended up with an average result at best. More recently, average to good service has resumed. Some of the staff can be overly direct and abrupt and they should learn from their feedback. Overall a bit mixed, but rather negative as the outcome was not as promised.
I would highly recommend Bross Bennett. A personally difficult situation was made that big easier by the professionally yet personal approach in dealing with my matter . I was guided clearly throughout the process and felt supported . Thankyou Simon for your help.
I have used Bross Bennett three times in the last 20 years. Ruth Bross is exceptionally clever, forthright and absolutely clear on potential scenarios and outcomes. I always felt the entire firm was behind me on each occasion, and would fight my corner with tenacity. The firm is a brilliant blend of being small enough to treat every case with individual care and attention, whilst evidencing big firm clout and results. I remember particularly being terrified when I learned we were up against Farrers; Ruth smiled sweetly and said she liked taking on Farrers and winning - and we did! Totally professional, highly intelligent and strategic, whilst being really decent people. I cannot recommend Bross Bennett highly enough.
Simon Lim lost me custody of my children from a false allegation of drug use. He was very useful at first but recently started ignoring my messages and when we turned up to court he wasn't there and when I phoned up I was told they had no record of my case but recognised my name. Appalling organisational skills all around.
