After multiple contact I was told there's no intention to meet CDC guidelines, only State mandates so SD stores do far less about covid-19 than the others. There are zero State mandates in SD but the Governor requested businesses follow CDC. There are sneeze guards in my local store and xs on the floor and hand sanitizer all for the customers to obey but no free masks or masks on employees. Good luck with social distancing ,no employee training was ever mentioned. If you prefer CDC style then you have to somewhere else. I don't know where the employees would get a mask to wear. My Local store manager didn't know where any were kept while corporate once said free masks available. All this applies to South Dakota stores only. My dialogue with corporate was about covid-19 only in SD stores and occurred over 6 weeks including two corporate personnel. Very long and disappointing. I'm sad for the employees as well as myself because Ive purchased thousands of dollars of farm supplies there in the past, especially in my local store and basic covid prevention is now so weak.

I was in the Marshall store around 2pm 11/6/2020, I was looking to make some purchase's but as I walked around the store I saw 1/3 to 1/2 of the costumers shopping without masks, I left without making any purchases and toke my business else where and will continue to so until you decide personal health & safety is more important then corporate profits

I am a worker at the Malone, NY branch of Runnings. So far its been really an great experience for me. But I got more negatives than positives. As a sales associate I am supposed to have login information for the 4473 background checks. I never got that. I m supposed to have login info for Horizon. Never got that. And there is literally no training. Personally there should be training for those who are just starting out as sales associates. And not only that but I got assaulted by a customer who didn t have a mask on to which I asked this customer and his wife to put masks on. My boss isn t giving me hours and I haven t received my paycheck which was supposed to come on the 12th. Love the benefits of working with the employee discount but the boss never seems to listen to the employees unless it s about making money for the company or an issue about the software that you use. I ve been working at this location since 9/4/2020 and have never been happy after 2.5 months in working for this location. I really hope a couple things will happen. My boss will learn to listen to the employees and help resolve internal issues and give more training to associates that need it.

A recent visit to Runnings in Willmar MN was absolutely astounding. I put on my face mask which is normal procedure for me now at age 75. I walked into the store and thought I was walking into a total pre-pandemic environment.

Not one of the checkout personnel was mask protected or even worse was not protecting customers at the sales counters. I proceeded to look for The products I came in for. The store was quite busy with customers, ALL of whom were NOT masked. I started going through each isle. Just for fun I counted customers. There were 67 customers that I counted. ZERO were wearing masks! NO ONE appeared to be aware of personal spacing. There were 5 employees in red vests working the isles. NONE wore protective masks.

I am fortunate to have a 3M 95 mask which affords me some protection from non mask users. However, my primary concern is the protection for those who I may come in contact with.

I would think at minimum, Running Corporate would STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE MASKED. And at a minimum, MANDATE ALL EMPLOYEE s be masked to ensure protection for themselves and customers!!

As you may expect, I will not be a future customer of Runnings until changes are made.

Sincerely
Roger Ulferts
