The staff is very helpful and fun to be around! Very nice buildings and environment.

My mother was in the short term rehab for about 2 1/2 weeks after a fall. The facility is lovely but the care she received was beyond belief. The staff was caring, friendly, professional. They communicated well with my mom and I about her progress. No visitors due to covid but she wasn't lonely with the dedicated and involved staff. Highly recommend!!

I work at Samaritan and they have a phenomenal culture! They work endlessly to ensure their staff and residents are well taken care of. The residents have ample amounts of fun acivities to participate in. The management sets aside funds for the residents on each neighborhood to have eat ins, to decorate for the holidays, among other things! You will not see this too often. They also have staff outings to build teamwork, which also is very unique.

I highly recommend Samaritan Bethany if you or a loved one is needing skilled nursing care in the Rochester area.

Visited my mom through the glass. The following week, after I returned to NC, she was finally put on hospice. Now I could actually visit with her, but can't! Stupid covid!

Individualized care. Attentive to details and do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Staff that took great care of my uncle. During non covid times, plenty of activities to keep the residents active.

Wonderful experience for my 87 year old dad at rehab after knee replacement surgery! I am so in awe of the care he received! Liz..thanks for helping with check in! Daily care from Physical and Occupational Therapists amazing! CNA's and Nursing Staff seriously do it all! They work so hard...but have fun and foster a true teamwork culture. Shout outs to Denise and Desiree. Dad is checking out today... THANKS to EVERYONE!

The facility is grossly understaffed. Out of the staff they do have, only a handful truly care and follow the state guidelines for facility management. Long wait times for call lights.

I am a nurse and went there through my staffing agency to fill in never having worked there before. Severely understaffed!! Nurses and aides are extremely overworked due to the lack of staff. I worked 12 - 13 hours each day without even getting a break. This poses a huge risk to patient / client safety. Very disheartening.
