Worst hospital service I have ever experienced, administrative officers are unfriendly and belittling. It is sad to see the quality of the Cancer Hospital which "he said" is the largest in Indonesia. Awal cerita sya dampingi kaka ipar yg terkena kanker servik sampai di klostomi.th 2014 Sya dampingi kaka karena suaminy tdak bisa menigalkan rumah karena keponakan" kami masih kecil dan lebih dekat kepada ayahny.. Kesepakatan keluarga sya lah yg di pinta ubtuk mendampingi ALHMDLLAH sekarang kaka ipar sya membaik.. Walau harud tetap jga kesehatan dan mkan tanpa MSG.
DAN SAAT INI DALAM WAKTU SAAT INI sekarang menimpa.. Kembali dan sya krmbali ke Rs ini kembali dengan pasien .
istri sya di operasi dengan melalui bayak tahapan prosudur proses persipan operasi sampai edukasi skrag benjolan di leher di bawah telinga mendekati pipi istri sya sudah TERANGKAT .yg saat pengangkatan sampai didiameter 13cm.walupun di saat ini keadaan istri sya berbeda dengan di saat dia sehat kemarin. Karena istri sya harus melalui operasi besar selama 6 jam. pengangkatan masaa benjolan tsb. Pemnindahan jaringan otot kulit yg di ambil dari bagian dada di atas payudara berjalan dengan baik lancar selmet... Wlupaun tetap ada efek dengan ada bebrpa syaraf yg tergangu sampai kelopak mata dan saraf bibir yg kena kami tetap AMAT BERTERIMAKSIH kepada KALIAN para Dokter dan suster" maupun perawat, tanpa kalian apa jadinya peyakit dan skitnya istri sya. It is a shame that a hospital as large and good as this has incompetent human resources. Do not do work by heart, there is no excellent service. When I was treated my infusion ran out for 1 hour, my infusion was not replaced even though there were already several nurses who came to my room but saw no response. Then when I just finished the diop, I still installed the drain and my drain turned out to be locked from 4pm to 5am. Where is the patient's safety located for us as patients, is there no nurse here to serve the patient with heart and patient safety? Please improve the human resources.

Dharmais is the most commonly referred cancer rs. The equipment is quite complete and the doctors are also many expert specialists. This Rs accepts BPJS patients.

I got an uncomfortable experience here. Information systems and attitudes of some of the nurses are not cooperative.

For patients who are taking treatment for the first time here, they will have difficulty what to do, what to do and where to go. Even patients who have been treated here for a long time, for example after surgery or undergoing further treatment such as radiotherapy, some will find it difficult and confused what to do and where to go.

For example, a person - we call mother - in the RADIOTHERAPY section who is in charge of scheduling - I do not name names - is supposed to serve patients and answer questions from confused patients who are chased when scheduled to see doctors, instead acting ignorant, arrogant and not. rarely get angry if there are questions that are repeated by the patient because the patient does not understand or there is information that may not be enough. I have witnessed this myself during the waiting period from 9 am to around 12 noon on several occasions. I myself sometimes feel sad (felling bad) at people who are affected by anger, because in my opinion the question is sensible and deserves a clear answer.

As a suggestion, try the Dharmais Hospital management department - or whoever has the authority to control quality of service, check frequently, or better yet, impersonate a patient and mingle with the patient, so not just receiving reports on the table.
Try to see and feel it with your own eyes, a patient who is in pain, waiting for an uncertain schedule, is treated uncomfortable by the nurse.

Do not be lulled by the good name "BEST CANCER Hospital", because it bears a big name there is responsibility and excellent service.
