The service is really bad, my facilities give a thumbs up but the nurses don't work professionally, I as a new patient here are really very disappointed with the service. It is a shame that a hospital as large and good as this has incompetent human resources. Do not do work by heart, there is no excellent service. When I was treated my infusion ran out for 1 hour, my infusion was not replaced even though there were already several nurses who came to my room but saw no response. Then when I just finished the diop, I still installed the drain and my drain turned out to be locked from 4pm to 5am. Where is the patient's safety located for us as patients, is there no nurse here to serve the patient with heart and patient safety? Please improve the human resources.
