Worst hospital service I have ever experienced, administrative officers are unfriendly and belittling. It is sad to see the quality of the Cancer Hospital which "he said" is the largest in Indonesia. The government, through the Ministry of Health, must step in to improve service SOPs that are friendly, informative and reliable.
