This used to be once a great hospital in the 1950-1960s and was the number one healthcare facility in Bandung.

Unfortunately the current corrupt foundation and Directors have ruined the reputation of this once great hospital.

Bandung Adventist hospital now takes bribes from pharmaceutical companies, nepotism is at an all time high by putting unqualified personal into leadership roles, embezzlement accusations with the Finance Manager and Directors who continually spend beyond the hospital's means.

The latest example of nepotism happened when the new foundation president Burken gave his unemployed wife Nelly a facility management job at Klinik Pratama Advent Tamansari. The problem is she has no experience for this title and never shows up for work.

My prayer is thru exposing this corrupt facility that we can make RSAB great again.

I will be working directly with the American General Conference in removing this corruption and to make RSAB great again.

if you re by any chance masuk ke kategori gemuk, you ll get FAT SHAMED so bad in this hospital. i got fat shamed by the nurses, by the anesthesiologist, by the physiotherapy folks. everyone will literally laugh and make jokes about the fact that you are slightly overweight. i don t know why they think it is OKAY to do such a thing to their patient, if you re a professional, you really should know that there are limitations. sebelumnya ke RS lainnya belum pernah diolok-olok seperti ini, and it makes me sad to think that they probably do it to everyone. body image has been a sensitive issue to a lot of people, most people get very insecure about their bodies some of them take verbal harassments mildly, but some of them can be very suicidal. a hospital should be a place of warmth; where patients can revive their health so that they can FEEL GREAT again, and if you think that FAT SHAMING your patients would help them, you re deadly wrong, saying beratnya sama kayak saya dong??! walah sama kaya saya yang udah ngelahirin 3 kali hahahaha is NOT going to help them. know your place, you re medical professionals. i really hope that the management could fix this error so that no one will ever experience this kind of verbal abuse in the future. its just so ironic considering this hospital is superb when it comes to treatment, tp krn hal ini, sudah langsung minus dimata saya.

Services are very messy from registration, polyclinics, pharmacies do not link with each other. My family and I want a flu vaccine with a company insurance guarantee and the vaccine has been confirmed available, the day before. From the registration section, it is already complicated to confirm back and forth to the insurance. After passing the registration, continued the polyclinic ... Eh, asked again, this is covered by insurance, right? . Lha, if the administration is ok, why are you being asked again?
Ok, after we finished at the polyclinic, we just checked the tension, we were told to take the prescription (vaccine) ourselves to the pharmacy department. We think the vaccine has been prepared because it was confirmed the day before. After a long wait, the pharmacy department asked us to confirm again to the administration / registration department to ask for ACC ... It's strange and complicated, right? So we have to bring the files to the front again ...

Come here just stop by breakfast in the cafeteria. The place is spacious and clean. Food is plentiful and quite varied. Besides buffet food there are also hot foods and cakes. The food is healthy vegetarian without meat, it also tastes good. Good service. The hospital itself is very strategically located near Cihampelas, quite a lot of parking, large buildings.

My mother had a stroke. Treated using BPJS. The problem is, the BPJS officers suggest entering the VIP class just like that (my mother is kls 1 BPJS). The officer said that all borne, even the hospital there was no information that there would be a difference in costs, yes I do not know because it was only the first time using BPJS. Before that, when my mother was at HCU, her nurse was bitched. Drug sales can even go into the ER to offer medicine to patients. Dirty toilet, no tissue and muddy. The name of JOHAN, a BPJS grade 3 patient at the Adventist Hospital, was a referral doctor of AARON TS. Thank you for the kindness of help from doctor AARON TS SPU who was very good at operating the urinary tract of Johan. Got my first surgery here, the staff and nurses very helpful and friendly, the place is quite clean and there is a garden in the middle of the building.

very helpful for BPJS patients.. The nurse care is very very good, but I cant say the same for doctor visit care.

Also, it'd be nice if the toilet seat in any type of class room to have bidet so patients can easily flush and sanitate. I got too much trouble in toilet until my IV is shaken and must be changed in other vena. And it happened three times in my 5 days in hospital, just because of the toilet seat.

What a mess! I ordered an ambulance for my in-laws on hyperbaric therapy. I ordered at 5:30 already at home because hyperbaric starts at 6.30. At 5.35 the ambulance hasn't arrived yet and there isn't any phone. I am the phone and the reason WHY THE GOD WILL GO. and I was told to call another ambulance. It was already 5.45, I tried it and it didn't work, because it was busy. I'm really angry because I went too far. Finally my last phone, I could not stand it and my emotions overflowed. And my phone was NOT RISED, I used another number immediately lifted. Too bad the service. But I have to go through this therapy heart beating.

Been treated at this hospital because typhus until routine every year because of work and playing too tired. Really suitable with polite service and the nurse was very good. Likewise the food is very suitable for those of you who are vegetarians, every day the menu changes do not make patients bored.

The principle of comfortable service and very friendly service.
Especially on Saturdays, the administration is closed because Saturday (starting Friday at 18:00 - Saturday at 18:00) is the time when all officers are carrying out worship, so full day there is only service to patients.
So if patients who want to go home and want to take care of administration are only allowed on Friday at 14.00.
