I first contacted this hospital via telephone to ask for information about Rapid Test Covid-19. The clerk responded kindly and informative. Really like. Very helpful for those who need it quickly. From the beginning of the hospital entrance was welcomed very well by his security guard. Without further ado, you can directly enter the Laboratory for a covid-19 rapid test. Pay the cashier, blood will be drawn immediately. The process is very fast. 15 minutes immediately came out. Amazing! Wish you all the best for Adventist Hospital employees. Thank you RS.Advent for helping with my curette process even though I use BPJS but the service is very good, I am a BPJS class 3 user, experiencing severe bleeding within 2 hours, blood pressure drops up to 90/60 but by the ER handled properly, especially with Dr. Joyce Tobing, Obgyn specialist, the service was very good and fast, we were greatly helped physically and financially, the fees charged were comparable to services, even though using BPJS class 3, we were only charged an additional 1 million, even though that included the operation of Dr. Jayce Tobing, the medical team is very communicative and experienced, the night comes to the emergency room, morning action is taken, afternoon at 14, we can actually go home, thank you also for the support, dr. Class 3 services are very bad even though they don't use BPJS. Handling in the ER like everything moves slowly. Nurses can still haha hihi sing. The doctor can still relax while playing HP. There is no harm. DHF just what the nurse said "this danger" was handled very slowly. Even a day's infusion is not given medicine. Want to pull out of a new hospital with medication - even Paracetamol ...

Messy website, error.
Instagram has no schedule.
The old phone has just been picked up, it needs to be repeated. Once answered, the answer is "good" and curt, very uninformative, yes I also know that the schedule can change if the doctor suddenly has something to do, the one who picks up the phone should be more informative, explaining the doctor's regular schedule should be there every day until what time, period the answer is only yes from 8.30 until the patient runs out. If I go there in the afternoon at 5, the doctor is still there, it's impossible to be on standby all day long, the answer is very uninformative.

In the past, when I was sick gastro was treated here (general), the nurses and doctors were very friendly. Incidentally when I was born I was also referred to here using BPJS and the service was friendly too, the friendly doctor-friendly nurses did not differentiate between BPJS and non-BPJs patient services. The hospital is big, good, should be excellent service too. Of course not all of them, but I was surprised to get less comfortable service. Especially the operator part, registration, rich lack of education. They understand that the contents of the hospital are full, whoever. Until I asked the doctor's schedule, could I make a deal or not, instead I was laughed at, disepelein so, when connected to the registration also the same, no sentence was told to wait while they asked, then at the end of the phone the shouting officer said "Is there a doctor specialist gastrointestinal?" even though I already said gastro or sppd is okay too. I immediately closed, making emotions. Just move the hospital.

I was a visitor, not a patient, thank God. So my review would not be about the treatment service.
First good impression is the security officers were so responsive and informative. They approach visitors and offer help. Nurses are also excellent, asking us visitors of what help they might give.
The lift was working well. Anyway, I visited a friend in a VIP room and the room was pretty large with a nice view (as it lies in 6th floor), a long sofa, a fridge, and bathroom. The room was cleaned regularly. The photo is a view you can see from the sixth floor.

Friendly service makes calm and comfortable in the heart the response is fast. Susters are friendly too, the doctor is friendly and humorous, but unfortunately BPJS cannot bear it all. To Doctor Marwan Awaloedin, thank you very much for your responsiveness and quick operation of my wife. God will repay the doctor's kindness and wisdom.
