Services are very messy from registration, polyclinics, pharmacies do not link with each other. My family and I want a flu vaccine with a company insurance guarantee and the vaccine has been confirmed available, the day before. From the registration section, it is already complicated to confirm back and forth to the insurance. After passing the registration, continued the polyclinic ... Eh, asked again, this is covered by insurance, right? . Lha, if the administration is ok, why are you being asked again?
Ok, after we finished at the polyclinic, we just checked the tension, we were told to take the prescription (vaccine) ourselves to the pharmacy department.
