This is the only Dyson store in Milan. If you need to acquire any product not carried by other stores, then this is your best bet.
When they run out of inventory on a merchandise, they really do order from the main warehouse and restock the products eventually.
However, they lack the policy of offering to hold a sold out product even if you offer to pay for it in advance. This is inconvenient, as other stores offer this service. They also do not offer the option of shipping from website to store. These should be improved.
