FASTSIGNS of Tampa - Carrollwood Review

A terrible service...They not only did not what we paid for but when we complained the owner was insane.

I would like to say the 1 star I have gave is for the installer Steve, he was great! The company its self should not get any stars. I called got a quote very fast, 2 day turn around. I paid my deposit they came out next day! All sounds great right well..... I had a channel letter sign installed by fastsigns. I have owned the sign for about 5 years and it had sat in storage for about 2, so I asked fastsigns to service the sign before installing it. At first they acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about, said they would call me back. They called said it would be $95.00 okay great. Installer came I was there with him for the first 2 or 3 hours, My sign was never serviced, nothing out of the ordinary install. He did get me a special piece instead of a timer ( witch I apricate). The issue is when I was called for the final payment I asked what is done when someone asked for the sign to be serviced, what was to be done extra for the $95. She did not know, I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said one was not there. Okay when will one be there and what is there name? she would not tell me I asked probably 8 times and she would not give me here Manger, Owner , Supervisors name at all! This is unacceptable I a paying customer should be able to speak with the manger and should be able to know a name and a time they can be reached! I have never had such a bad experience with a company so unprofessional! I have called cooperate and will be calling daily to try to talk with someone in charge at this business! If your the Manger owner or Supervisor please reach out I would like to speak with you!

Our contact person for the company was very helpful and responded promptly with answers to any questions we had or changes we wanted made to the signs. He was a joy to work with. There was a problem with the original signs that were delivered HOWEVER you sent someone out and the problem was handled to our satisfaction. We continue to be happy with the signs.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Nicole and she very patient and very informative about the products that I asked about. When I received my finished product, it was exactly what I asked for and they matched my logo colors perfectly.

I called this location 2 different times over the last week or so and was told 2 different times someone would come out to take measurements of my office doors and windows for lettering, and that ultimately I would receive a quote via email. Here I am almost 2 weeks later still waiting for that estimate and no one here has the decency to follow up. Horrible experience for a first time customer and I guess my job maybe isn't big enough for them to come out less than 5 minutes from their location. I will never return!

Thank you Nicole for the fast turn around but how and the world do you misspell Email is beyond me. I mean we even have google auto correct for this reason. I know the proof I sent you was spelled correctly and I checked but this is on me because I didn't check the proof but come on, Misspell Email. Honestly, I didn't notice until someone pulled me over to tell me that email is spelled incorrectly and my only reply was leave it up to fast signs to mess that up. Honestly, I am very dissatisfied at the attention to detail and I only have myself blame because I approved the proof, I did not think that email would be misspelled. According to the contract I cant go back to say something is wrong I have to deal with it. Chock it up to business live and learn, I guess someone else will have to earn my future business because future needs will take me else where. Customers beware of your final product. they are nice but craftmanship is mediocre at best.

Company is easy to work with. I needed a new sign insert on the monument sign for my professional complex for my business. They came out and performed a site survey. We decided on the requirement, exchanged a few e-mails, reviewed a proof and in about a week it was ready to install. Easy and fast.

Attention to detail and an uncommon devotion to getting everything exactly like the customer wants. My job was so small that I was surprised that they would be willing to bother with it. They treated me like I was the best customer they ever had. Now I need to find a BIG project and take it there to be done!
