Not Professional at all. Awful Reception and service.

Absolutely terrible corrupted organization! AVOID! Disgusting customer service!

I work for a security company that does guard work for them. Working at their headquarters building I get the sense they care about all the people in their buildings. They are always very respectful I really lucked out with a great schedule here. Truly they care about people's safety since the adding of additional safety measures. They do not play around when it comes to the safety of their people.

So sad about the fraud koginka sewaluna. Rudin do better

I work in one of the buildings they manage, and it's awful. Constant heating/cooling issues. One elevator is often closed. They do construction during work hours that disrupts the entire office.

You should find a different management company.

What more can I say for Rudin s management team than class, professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. After hearing horror story after horror story from friends & colleagues about their NYC landlords, I was concerned I would end up in a similar boat. I could not have been more wrong. Rudin s entire staff is a true testament to what being a great landlord is all about. From Joe (GM), Marco (Super), and the amazing doormen, I have the utmost respect for everyone affiliated with Rudin. They are a class act across the board and have solved all of my living needs from utilities, maintenance, financial, and more. If you are looking for a great NYC landlord, Rudin is the way to go!
