Stayed here for a long weekend celebrating a birthday. The hotel is very nice, very beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really relaxing stay. Restaurant meals were great as well, not a large selection of choice, but the food and service was fantastic

I recently played golf at Rudding Park. Although the conditions weren't ideal, the course was well maintained and all facilities were first class.

Just had an overnight stay with golf. This is the third time visiting this fabulous hotel and again everything was top class. Thank you to you all.

An experience to remember. Amazing food at the Horto restaurant, friendly helpful staff.

Gorgeous spa hotel. Staff are amazing and cater to your every need. Food is also spectacular with cosy bar area to chill in afterwards.

Fantastic hotel, everything 5* staff, bedrooms, spa, everything faultless. A great place to stay and Harrogate has lovely shops and Betty's of course!!

We came for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. The staff were extremely polite and eager to help with things before we even considered them. The food was excellent, would recommend the full Yorkshire breakfast!

Very nice, stylish place with a great spa area upstairs. Sat in the warm outdoor pool while the snow fell was great. Afternoon lunch was very nice, evening meal was good, not fantastic. Service was good too so well worth a visit.

An excellent golf facility. (We only played golf and did not use the hotel etc ).With an additional short course and " top of the range" , forgive the pun, driving range it is a great set up.

I stayed in the luxury lodge site Repton green. My lodge was called gleneagles. Its great becouse u have all the hotel facilities and the comfort of your own kitchen n lounge. Great for me with 3 children as we had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms xx

There's a lot of hype about Rudding however, there is an element of 'emporer's new clothes' about it. I have been quite a few times to the restaurants and for events and each time I have found the food only passable. Which, for the prices they charge, is disappointing.

Booked to 2 nights and extended our stay. We couldn't fault anything. Wonderful staff great food and spotless rooms. Well done! 10/10

Went for Afternoon Tea with friends and my daughter. Staff were amazing, very accommodating. Would definitely go again and recommend to everyone. The food was delicious.

There are very few areas that you can fault, OK the restaurant and bar are a bit steep. But the service, rooms and staff are the best. Having just come back from a visit to florida, the lack of extra charges for the essential items is refreshing.

This is a lovely wedding venue with helpful staff. The chapel is delightful. Food good and pleasant decor. Makes my job as a wedding photographer much easier!

A fantastic service throughout from check in to check out. We went for the rooftop spa and inclusive evening meal package. The spa was very slick and modern with sauna, steam room as expected but with a relaxing outdoor area, perfect for the hot weather we had. The infinity pool is a nice touch looking over a small garden area. The meals were excellent presented and tasted great, the only exception was the cheesecake which was just a bit too unusual for our liking. The staff were all excellent, even if it's just the 'good morning' and a smile, it's a nice gesture. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing night away

An excellent venue for meetings or just to stay and relax or enjoy the good golf course.

Wow! Absolutely loved this place :) this was booked by my wife as a total surprise for our joint birthday/wedding anniversary. First impressions were great, improved even more upon finding out we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony, with a chilled bottle of prosecco waitong for us! The spa was excellent, the treatments were really good, and the 'post treatment' chill-out rooms were great. The food was also excellent. We had a great time and are already planning to return next year!

What a lovely place, me and my fiancee are planning our wedding and Rudding Park is so wonderful. The spa is great, so relaxing.

I invited a client to lunch in the Clocktower. I've done so now for the past three years at least. Sadly, this year I was embarrassed by the low content of the lunch. Portion control gone mad. I had the chicken breast which was two very small bits, my client's burger was also smaller and looked less appealing than in previous years. For what it cost we left less than full to say the least. The decor and ambience of Rudding Park remains strong. It's a pity that the actual lunch didn't live up to it. All in all, poor value.

On arriving at the hotel and collecting our room keys we found our room door open and discovered it was being used as a show room for potential wedding customers. The room therefore was not a 100% as expected. The hotel team were extremely apologetic and after being disturbed a few more times by different nembers of the team we found a nice bottle of wine awaiting us on our return from the Spa. Nice touch. We enjoyed our stay except for our evening meal in the restaurant, it felt like we were seated in a corner away from the main restaurant and found the waiters attitude a little arrogant and this did affect the whole of the experience especially as this trip was booked as a birthday celebration present for my partner. The team in the morning at breakfast were far more forthcoming to our needs and were a lot friendlier and this was very pleasing. On leaving the hotel the guest liaison manager cane to us and once more apologised for the mix up on our room. A new leisure complex is being built and I would love to return in the future to experience this.

The spa was lovely, if not a bit overcrowded. The service is exceptional and the food in horto is lovely!

After wanting a relaxing spa evening for my girlfriend and myself, I was quite disappointed.

Awful customer service via email. I asked a question and had to send similar emails to get the response I needed. They ignored the question two times and when they did reply it was short and snappy. Embarrassing stuff. Poor. Shame. Disappointing.

Lovely every time we go. Brenda really looks after our family with a personal touch. We look forward to coming back again and again!

Perfection. Our room was excellent - brand new bathroom with under floor heating and wet room. Excellent beds and a pillow menu for those (like me) that need a firmer pillow. The staff are excellent and could not be more helpful. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's worth every penny

Afternoon tea......... very nice afternoon tea in a beautiful conservatory with service second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've never stayed here but I've eaten at both The Clocktower and Horto.
The Clocktower is good but you have to go to Horto.
We went when it was still upstairs at the golf house and it was incredibly good, I'd say a Michelin star restaurant in the making.

Afternoon Tea was beautiful, a lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches served in a beautiful setting

Went for a spa day- spa facilities really excellent. Had dinner in the clock tower restaurant which was nice but massively overpriced for what it was so would not go back to the restaurant again.

What an absolutely fantastic place, beautiful grounds and hotel. Staff perhaps the best I've ever encountered and the room was stunning. Thoughtful touches like the gift at turn down and the grooming product with a personal welcome note made such a pleasant difference to behold. Was attending a conference which was marvellously executed throughout and the meal afterwards was a joy. Could have easily stayed for a week

Attended training for work at this hotel, first time I had been to the hotel. It was beautiful. We had travelled 2 hours from Newcastle. The staff were amazing throughout the 2 days of our training. Unfortunately I fell ill on the 2nd day but the staff of the hotel were absolutely amazing! They made sure I was comfortable, put me in a quiet area, kept an eye on me and did everything to make sure I was okay. They truly looked after me and I can t thank them enough for that. I ll definitely back and i ll definitely be staying over night the next time. I would also recommend this hotel as it is just absolutely stunning and everyone is so nice and friendly. 5 stars from me and 110% recommend.

Took a 1/2 day spa with afternoon tea. The Spa is amazing it the afternoon tea could have been better.
