Great customer service. Our waiter and busboy were both so helpful and considerate of our family. Good flavors. Solid nostalgic vibe. Classic Coca Cola memorabilia everywhere. Diner food. Dedicated parking lot (which is helpful in this area). Close to the beach. Nice spot for lunch. Tuesday nights there are deals for kids.
Covid carryout. Over here from AZ for 2 weeks. Always eat here 2 times every summer. Carryout was fast. And the food great.
Service was extremely poor. Waited 10 minutes for our drinks and waited another 5 for them to be refilled.
The food was alright, ordered the deluxe corned beef hash--the hash and potatoes were burnt and my sunnyside up eggs were not Sunnyside up.
Received burger and shake on a dirty plate and cup. Gave my party of five, one menu to share. Took an hour for us to even order food after we got our drinks. Waiter gave me attitude if I could substitute something off my menu. I didn't want to make it a big deal, I just asked if it was possible. Really mean older Mexican dude. Place wasn't full when we got there so there's a plus for fast seating. Waiter gave us attitude when we didn't leave a tip. Unprofessional. Here's a tip, do your job and wash your plates.
Live their burgers and shakes. Parking is sparse when busy.
My girl friend has been eating here since she was a little girl. And loves their kids turkey burger. So one day we decided to order a meal for take out to eat in the comfort of our own house. During the phone order I went over how she liked her turkey burger 3 times just to make sure it was made correctly. The employee repeated the order perfectly. But when we got the food home and my girlfriend opened her burger there were no condiments at all on it. Granted I should have checked before walking out of the restaurant so I wasn t upset at anyone but myself at this point. But whet happens next is what got my blood boiling over on how my girlfriend was treated when she called the restaurant back to ask to have the burger comped. Alberto A shift lead or I prey not Manager Persisted to make every excuse in the world to why he couldn t put the cost of the burger back on to the card it was purchased with. But also shamed her for asking to have the cost put on to a gift card when she was trying to come up with Solutions to his inadequacy regarding the matter. Yes Alberto 7 dollars may not be a big deal to you. And the cost isn t the point here. The point is my girlfriend have a craving for a childhood favorite and was let down and then price shamed for asking for the cost to be replaced. Apparently Alberto has never heard about the golden rule when working in the service industry
The costumer is always right and failed to do his job as a shift lead or i prey not Manager Shame on you mister Alberto shame on you.
The food is very tasty, especially the super burger with avocado and delicious chicken finger taste the same taste as the pick I give it 10 of 10
My grand daughter loves this place and will opt for Ruby's anytime...they will usually accommodate order for any way you like it! The folks that work there are always great!

Love the old diner feel. Excellent service. The food was tasty too! I ordered a garden burger and side salad and my daughter ordered the Asian chicken lettuce wraps. They have a little something for everyone on the menu and their milkshakes are pretty awesome!! Get a red gum ball from their machine and get a free root beer float!
Stopped in for a quick dinner after everything else nearby was closed, and was quite pleased with the service and food that they provided. Prompt, responsive, and filled me up for a reasonable price. Will definitely return to this location should I find myself in the future.
From the moment you come to that restaurant team give you a good feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. delicious cooking, skillful chef de cuisine, comfortable pay and professional service. Warmly recommended.
