I've purchased and sold numerous properties, and used a few different conveyancers. The Land Transfer Company is by far the most negative I've experienced. They mismanaged two property transactions. Shame on me for thinking that the second experience would be better than the first.

I used their services for my last apartment. John has checked the section 32 and contract for us before signing them. All procedures were explained clearly before hand. Also all questions were answered on time. Even it was the first time for us to buy an apartment, it was still quite straight forward by using their services. The bank made error and delayed the settlement for 2 days. John helped us to negotiate with bank to let them to cover the cost. I could not expect more than the professional services received.

In response to this review - the problems that led to costs being well above what the normal charge of $700.00- $800.00 were problems initiated by the client himself in failing to attend to matters that required attention, failing to read mail that was sent to him, failing to deal with mortgage issues that required his attention and generally doing things himself that adversely affected his two conveyances and resulted in otherwise unnecessary work having to be done. We advised the client on many occasions that extra costs were being incurred but he would not respond to what we required of him and only complicated matters for both us and himself! We represent hundreds of clients each year and and only receive positive feedback.

I wish to thank John for all his assistance when we were purchasing our home. My partner and I thought he was professional and gave us the advice we needed to go through the process smoothly keeping us up to date with the costs incurred. I would highly recommend them.
