Beware! Dishonest. We did work for him but he never paid us. When I approached him about it, he said he had paid it but just couldn't find the cancelled check. We didn't receive any funds.

TKS Industries were contracted to put a stamped concrete walkway to our front porch, and also pour a new porch on the side of our house. After less than a year, the stamped concrete has begun to chip, and the side porch has many areas where the concrete is already flaking away. No chemicals were used on the concrete since it was installed.

I made contact with the owner of the company several times by phone. He promised to come to our house to inspect the work and resolve the issue on at least 5 or 6 different occasions. After missing the appointments, he finally stopped answering the phone and would not answer text messages either. I have left him several messages by phone, and also sent countless text messages.

I used TKS for multiple projects and will continue to use them in the future. They do excellent work and have excellent customer service. I always recommend them when it comes to concrete. Price is competitive and quality is the best.

I've been a project manager/project engineer for 20 plus year in Champaign Urbana and I used TKS on a large parking lot here in CU and was very satisfied with the results. They provided a clear cut estimate, had no problem with the concrete and billed exactly per the estimate and concrete. They also provided communication at the start and end of every work day. Which by the way, they went after. They hit the jobsite and knocked the job out before the estimated completion date. Troy presented himself as a professional and was easy to work with, I highly recommend TKS Concrete for your projects. I know I'll be calling and hiring them again.
