This is always my first choice for film gear. The prices are excellent, but what sets them apart is the customer service. Not only do they care - but they actually know about the products they sell. It's not an aggressive sales team, instead - it's a small group of people who seem genuinely interested in making sure you get the best solution for your problem. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I'll be back.

Exceeded expectations with ease!

I had a really tight deadline and they did everything they could to make sure i got what i needed for my project. They kept me well informed and were able to a product for me to pick up from store and pay by eftpos.

All the staff at head office in wellington were great!

I ve bought quite a bit of gear from RubberMonkey over the last few years, and they ve always been fantastic. Turnaround is always quick, and they re proactive when there are issues with supply. Pricing is usually very competitive too, but their consistently great service makes it really worth using RubberMonkey even if you can find something a few dollars cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered some batteries online at a better price than most other stores. Delivery was cheap and came with overnight delivery. Very impressed at the service :-)

Great company to deal with... have used them a number of times for audio and video needs, and they always seem to have the weird adaptors and cables i'm looking for in stock, at a decent price and ready for pickup from their head office.

I got the right battery, not easy to find anywhere else, good service and 2 lollies.

Got headset earlier than expected, perfect condition exactly what I wanted, exactly as advertised and very reasonable price for a AKG headset, cheers.

Only issue I had is that some of the bags of air used as cushioning where deflated in the packaging, which could of caused damage if unlucky.

Chances are that was due to the company handling shipping not rubber monkey's fault so I don't think it deserves a star retracted for it because other than that no issues.
