Made a couple of recent purchases from Rubber Monkey and as usual, very pleased with prices found on the site as well as how fast items were shipped.

They are the best online company I've ever experienced! I have ordered lots of musical and electrical equipment from them, and they have been excellent. Firstly, the price beats most other companies, secondly, it's NZ run, thirdly, when you call there is no waiting time or hold - you go straight through to a Kiwi person who helps you out from start to finish! Oh, and they deliver rurally within 24 hours.

The product is exactly what I wanted.. comfortable and the perfect length for handling the camera. Even in level 2 lockdown delivery time was matter of days..

I recently purchased a clamp for my Go Pro and was told it would be a couple of weeks but was pleasantly surprised when it showed up in about two days. Couldn't have asked for better service and the communication re delivery was outstanding. Thanks and will definitely be back.

The Deity V-Mic D3 arrived more or less on schedule, despite a Courier-Post detour via Palmerston North. I unpacked it and put it though its paces, finding that it filled the bill very well. Most microphones tend to be task-specific but this little device seems to be able to adapt to every situation, Camera (a Lumix GH5), plus Zoom H2n and H1 recorders using line inputs just for starters. Moreover, I have little doubt that it will adapt readily to a great many more applications . For anyone wishing to bypass the inconvenience of dedicated mics. and possess 'one mic. to rule them all'; this is the one to buy.

They sell products with cheaper prices. Their staff are friendly on phone and in person. Their system didn't automatically cancel/refund the shipping cost when we picked up our item from store instead of waiting for delivery. Overall good experience and will definitely recommend this store!

I've purchased multiple times from Rubber Monkey and have had an excellent experience every time.

Delivery times have always been as fast as possible, and the range of products are excellent.

Most recently, I had a minor issue with a courier (my address can be hard to understand). I contacted Rubber Monkey, who emailed me nearly immediately to offer support - faster than the courier company!

I ve always found the team at Rubber Monkey great to deal with. Friendly and professional - nothing seems to be a problem.

I required Pelican cases to be suitable for bespoke electronic equipment. The person I had a conversation with took the trouble to check the dimensions by creating a cardboard template and providing me images to show how the equipment would fit. The purchase of cards for my camera was fine. the problem was that Courier Post texted me to ask what instructions regarding leaving the Rubber Monkey product was. As this was lowish value, I texted back to leave in letter box. Unfortunately, I had also purchased a new camera from a different site. Courier Post left both the new camera and the Rubber Monkey product at front door. No problem re the products being stolen but not a great service. Not Rubber Monkey's fault either I guess.
