Absolutely disgusting was told I'd get a refund in Dec 19 ref my Rego, nothing spoke to RMS NSW a week ago they told me Bega office will call you today, that's a week ago, today I ring again and was told there was an issue with my middle name my card from another government department has just my initial not my middle name as RMS has that's the issue, my issue is when we're RMS going to tell me I say NEVER, Piss poor customer service Bega lift your game
