RPI Consulting Group is a great company to work with for Job seekers in the Pharmacy . I had recently moved to Edmonton and was having trouble finding a job, however Jonathan (account manager) from RPI helped me out in my job search and as a result I got the opportunity to work with a really lively and supportive staff. I was so happy to find some steady work after almost a year of no luck, and I have RPI to thank for it! I want to give 5 stars but sadly I don't get quite as many shifts as I would like from them, but on the other hand they are so professional and helpful that I really shouldn't complain. Very professional and very helpful service that has helped me with staffing issues many times over the last couple of years. Employees call in sick or aren't able to make their shift, I can count on RPI to provide me with relief staff very quickly. Also affordable price for the service

RPI Consulting put a lot of effort into finding me work in a new medical clinic. There were some challenges in finding work in the exact specialty that I was looking for, but they were able to help me all the same.

I only take one star off because one time I went a week without hearing about a new shift - but overall RPI is great, due mostly to Jon and his great work! He helped me get some great relief shifts and is now working on a full time one. So helpful for me and my career

Kevin was very helpful in negotiating the terms of agrement for the assignment. Unlike the other guy who called me for an assignment, Kevin didn't get angry when I refused him to do the shift. So 5 stars for Kevin!

RPI has been very helpful assisting my pharmacies in Northern Ontario. I have struggled getting pharmacists to work up here in the past but RPI has always delivered for the past 6 years. I have worked with a couple account managers in these 6 years and Jon has by far been the most consistent. Worked with other agencies but RPI get my first call every time.

Worst agency ever. They make pharmacy professionals work like dogs. It's their way or highway. On top of that, the employees don't even have a pharmacy background. Also, don't be surprised if they don't pay you on time or not pay at all!

Great locum services. Billing is quick and easy. Aquib Ansari, my account manager, is so friendly, professional and cooperative.

They do great work for pharmacies, but this was a horrible place to work at ! The owner and his brother who is a manager are very rude, obnoxious and brag that they are rich al,ost every day... a bit of a joke if you ask me ...

There is truly something to be said for good customer service in 2020, as it's becoming rarer with each passing year. RPI is always friendly and willing to help me out with any particular staffing issues - Leon, especially, goes above and beyond to make sure that I come away happy.

Very unethical. I'm still waiting to get paid. Their recruiters do not know what the profession entails and expect you to do manual labor job. They have no respect for the profession. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have so many friends that have experienced the same thing but they don't have the energy and time to deal with this business.

RPI Consulting Group, representative Michelle Zorilla, and Kenneth Zhao are two people that are very helpfull and supportive in my needs and always received my payment in a timely manner. With helpful advices, these two people show a lot of professionalism.

RPI Consulting Group is a great company which connects Pharmacists (across Canada) looking for hours/shifts to work with Pharmacy employers (also across Canada) that need Pharmacists to cover hours when their own staff cannot. It is a great network building tool for Pharmacists whether they be just wanting to supplement their income working extra hours during their free time, or wanting to keep up in the Retail Pharmacy world, or just simply looking for some work in their Province of licensure. In the past, people like George & Steve at RPI were very helpful, & I was sorry to see them move on to other opportunities. Since they left, Mark at RPI has stepped in to more than adequately fill that role for me. Mark has been not only very helpful but is very considerate & respectful of my availability (very easy to provide them with a calendar & preferences) & often goes out of his way to find shifts for me that suit my availability & are within a reasonable commuting distance from where I am based. He takes the time to match my skills with employer's needs. He takes the time to familiarize himself with the geographical locations where the required shifts or the Relief Pharmacist might be to allow for reasonable commutes even though these may be in a different province than where he himself is based. I would seriously consider going out of my way to help Mark with any shift that he might need covered. Mark has been very good to me & I hope that our mutually beneficial professional relationship through RPI Consulting continues for a very long time.

I am an immigrant. I came to Canada five years ago. Soon after completing my diploma in pharmacy technician, I was worried about my job. I contacted RPI they really helped me. First they got me six months contract and then some more contracts and lots of relief shifts. I am thankful to RPI

RPI is run by a great team. These recruiters are expert and have lots of contractual and permanent jobs nationwide. When I was in Calgary they got me one year contract with handsome package since l moved here in Toronto they again got me job of a pharmacist in a very reputable pharmacy.

In recent years, I've had a trouble finding steady work as a pharmacist - at first I thought it may be due to the Liberal government here in Ontario, but it sure doesn't look like Mr. Doug Ford can help me either! But RPI has always been a great source for me to get my shifts at pharmacies inmy area, and they even help me find my most recent full-time position! I would recommend them to any out-of-work pharmacist out there, or ecen someone who is looking fora change of scenery.

I recently opened a new location with decent OTC revenue, but lacking in demand on the prescription side of the business. This is the first time for me to work with RPI. As a Pharmacist, They are easy to deal with, and I think they have the largest reqruiters pool and they can really find a good fit pharmacy for you. Website is very easy to navigate,, they are very accurate when it comes to sending the checks without mistakes or discrepancies nor delays. You don't need to do much when it comes to billing them, they have everything ready for you when it comes to sending your invoices and schedule. Definitely the best

Horrible experience, they uttered racial comments and hung up in my face when I refused to work for them. One time they insulted our profession ( pharmacy) by telling me " why do you want to get paid so much, you only count pills". pharmacists are aware of this and are planning something to bring it down.

I must say their recruiters are very efficient. Once I was badly in need of a pharmacist and they provided me the pharmacist next day . Moreover they charge a very reasonable fee. Since then l am their client.
