DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGED MY CARD A MONTH LATER FOR WHAT I PURCHASED. MY BAD FOR NOT PAYING ATTENTION BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND I COULD NOT BUY MY DAUGHTER FOOD LAST NIGHT. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.

I order and choose express shipping because I needed the items for a event. I paid extra for the shipping and they claimed I would receive the items by a certain date. Guess what, I did not receive them by date! Very disappointed seeing that I live about 30 miles from the place. Now I have to refund my client and explain explain why there are no party favors! Should of stuck with Sherman Party Supplies they never let me down. Does not pay to shop local!
HORRIBLE customer service. I did not get some items in my shipment. I called as soon as I opened the box & noticed they were missing. I paid extra shipping to get them in time for my daughter's birthday. I left a message as they were closed when I called Fri night. I stated how upset I was as this was for a birthday. Although I was upset I figured, no big deal, I'm sure they'll apologize & send it right out. After all, it must have just been a mistake & I'm sure they want to make their customers happy. Boy was I wrong. How naive of me! Mon. comes, no return call. I sent an email in the am. No response. I called later in the day Mon. Got transferred twice. Got voicemail. Message says "we return calls in 15-20 min." I waited 45. then called them again. Was told they'd call back. Lady finally calls me. I explain situation. She says "well in this case we usually just refund." I said "why? if I still want the product? I want the necklaces." She said "when is the event?" I said "It's already passed, it was Sat." She said "then we would just refund." No "I'm sorry you didn't get your item, sorry for the inconvenience," nothing! I again said "I really still want the products." She said "I'll check on it & call you right back." Well, I waited an hr. then tried to call them back & they're closed!! Unbelievable. Then I come on here & see all these reviews & really wish I had read them before ordering from Windy City. They obviously don't give a damn about customers. Awful customer service. They have so many competitors, I just don't get it. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again. If you want to know alternatives, send me a message & I'll email you a list. I've researched & found many wholesale companies. You don't have to deal with this kind of service
Ordered product from Myrtle Beach, SC Tues. evening (01/07/2020). Showed up on my doorstep, Thursday (01/09/2020). Product matched description, and price was fair. #WORD
Can't even begin to describe the breadth of offerings from this company. However, if you need ANYTHING to supply your party, sporting event, or themed activity, check these folks out. Their "lobby/showroom" (although they refuse to call it a showroom) is an experience in itself, which is only hinted at in the posted photos.

Still waiting for an order I placed six weeks ago. Can t talk to a real person, all you get is a recording. This lack of response means that I had to buy an alternative birthday present at the last minute. Not real happy!
You cant make in store purchases you have to have place order and have it shipped to you so the store whole existence is pointless order online dnt waste your time
The owner was totally classless on how he conducted himself with my sales person who offered to help him save money on his benefits side. I have no idea how is business is run but if he is any indication on how his businesses customer service is I would run.

My daughter was turning 10. For her birthday we decided on a glow in the dark- neon theme. I ordered everything from here! including backlights- plates- napkins- Glow in the dark forks, knives & spoons. Glow in the dark cups and straws. Glowsticks, glowing earrings, glasses, bracelets. Glow in the dark outside actives like beach ball and ring toss. - I'm talking the full 9 yards here. The party was such an amazing hit. All the kids loved this theme. They has such a great time. Thank you Windy City Novelties for your helpful youtube videos and the wonderful products you sell.
Ordered table runners for my students prom, and they never arrived. Called the company, used tracking number they emailed, tracking said the package was delivered. Recalled the company, shared the concern of not being able to find the package. Windy City resent the table runners on rush delivery- no questions asked. Table runners arrived day before Prom!! yay!
I relied on the reviews here and that was a mistake indeed. First, UPS scans my package as delivered to a local post office. I go to the post office and they indicate to me that UPS does this often scanning a package that it was delivered to them and they deliver to me. Post Offic supervisor stated this was "often misleading to customers." The most infuriating matter is that my grand daughter's 1 year old pink/grey little cowgirl birthday party is the following day and I am lining up all the decorations I bought at various craft stores and in opening my box the 24 bandanas ordered are not close to being pink in color, only 1 of the two center piece decorations are missing, 1 of the 2 dangling decorations are missing. Thank God the table cloth is there and of course Windy City Novelties post card flyer that I am pretty positive I will not recommend to anyone. This is totally embarrassing to have paid such a high price for these items and not receive ... now spending time decorating around what I don't have!!! My next email and phone call will be to my American Express to file a complaint and FB. I read somewhere that there is no refund so now I will be stuck with 24 reddish bandanas! So whomever contributed to reviews here must either be employees or paid contributors! signed disgruntled grandmother!
