RPI Consulting Group is a great company which connects Pharmacists (across Canada) looking for hours/shifts to work with Pharmacy employers (also across Canada) that need Pharmacists to cover hours when their own staff cannot. It is a great network building tool for Pharmacists whether they be just wanting to supplement their income working extra hours during their free time, or wanting to keep up in the Retail Pharmacy world, or just simply looking for some work in their Province of licensure. In the past, people like George & Steve at RPI were very helpful, & I was sorry to see them move on to other opportunities. Since they left, Mark at RPI has stepped in to more than adequately fill that role for me. Mark has been not only very helpful but is very considerate & respectful of my availability (very easy to provide them with a calendar & preferences) & often goes out of his way to find shifts for me that suit my availability & are within a reasonable commuting distance from where I am based. He takes the time to match my skills with employer's needs. He takes the time to familiarize himself with the geographical locations where the required shifts or the Relief Pharmacist might be to allow for reasonable commutes even though these may be in a different province than where he himself is based. I would seriously consider going out of my way to help Mark with any shift that he might need covered. Mark has been very good to me & I hope that our mutually beneficial professional relationship through RPI Consulting continues for a very long time.
