My wife and I were looking for a roofing contractor after our house sustained hail damage this spring. Several companies came out, and we were very pleased with Royalty Roofing. Randi and Blake were on time, and were great working with us, as we had no experience dealing with insurance companies for a major repair. Randi came to the house a second time, took some more pictures, and sat with my wife and I on our porch and explained everything. We are 3-4 weeks out in getting our roof replaced, but have been very impressed with the prompt, and patient customer service we received thus far. I had them come and inspect my roof prior to listing my property for sale to ensure I wouldn't be surprised come inspection day. Not only was Greg courteous, professional and timely, but he gave me an honest, expert option and didn't charge me a dime for sealing up some vent boots that were pulling away from the shingles. They will be my first call for any roofing needs!

Greg came out to take a look at the roof today. He was on time, professional, friendly, and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and provided a quality evaluation.

TJ came yesterday to give us an inspection, he was very friendly and honest and told us that the damage on the roof is very mild and we don t have to worry. Very appreciate his opinion and his follow up call lead up to the right direction.

We had Royalty Roofing come out to inspect for wind damage. The gentleman that came out was not only very professional but was quit the eye candy as well:) Anyhoo, there wasn t any damage but the gentleman was very helpful and answered all of our questions. When it s time for a new roof we will be calling Anthony back for our needs.

Royalty Roofing was great - had a some water issues with my roof, called Royalty, showed up right away, found the problem (with the vent stack not being connected properly) fixed that and replaced the boot in less than an hour for extremely reasonable price. Nice guy, great service, would use again.

We had a leak in the roof of our office building. I called Greg and he immediately set up a day and time to come over. Unfortunately, the scheduled day it snowed. Greg gave me a followup phone call and rescheduled. These guys came over to the office, took care of the leak, took pictures and cleaned up without any disturbance to our daily operation. Had metal roof repaired that was leaking in several locations. After repairs were completed, noticed another leak after the next rain. Called Royalty Roofing and they were very responsive and professional. Came back the next day to address the issue and have experienced no problems since then. They do the work they promise and show up when they say they will! Would definitely recommend for repairs.

We got an estimate on the job and since we were in the process of selling they worked with us to get the job completed on time and have the home ready to go.

We had water dripping in from our exhaust fan in our bathroom. Frank came out and explained what needed to be done. He was very thorough and made sure we felt comfortable with what needed to be done and made sure all our questions were answered. TJ is great! We recently purchased a home and realized that the roof needs to be replaced, sooner rather than later. TJ gave us an honest and no-pressure assessment of our roof. I had wind damage from a recent storm, and Royalty Roofing was out immediately to temporarily fix the damage (which caused a leak in my living room). While patching it up, they took the time to look at the rest of the roof and determined the whole thing needed replaced. They walked me through the claims process, and even came out while the adjuster was here. Once approved, I was given detailed instructions for next steps and felt comfortable the whole time. The roofers worked hard to finish in one day and they were very friendly. The entire experience was great. I highly recommend them if you have any amount of work you want/need done to your roof!

We had a tornado hit our farm on Sunday. He was down the very next morning by 9 AM to fix the damage on our home. Has been down three more times talking with the insurance estimators and making sure everything is up to par. Spectacular customer service .

We had a major issue pop up while installing a new garage door. Over the years, because of a bad initial installation from our builder, water had destroyed our header. Royalty Roofing not only came out to take a look, but they also are working with the garage door company to get things fixed properly. A new header was professionally installed today and tomorrow it will all get wrapped up and the siding will be put back into place. Greg D. and Rob are amazing. They were so nice and did incredible & professional work. They cleaned up at the end and kept us updated as they were working. THANK YOU!

We had the pleasure of working with Greg Snyder and I can t say enough about his customer service. He was punctual, he communicated clearly, and he was very detailed with his assessment of our roof. He is a honest man because it ended up we didn t need any work done after all, it was a false alarm. Not many companies would take the time to do a free inspection and be transparent about the fact that no work is necessary. What is their gain by doing this? They gained more than a couple hundred bucks; they gained my family s trust and they will be our first call for our roofing needs on future projects.

I found a leak in my roof and called royalty roofing to come check it out for me. Frank Nagy came out to inspect it. He was awesome! Super professional knew exactly what he was talking about. A very honest and helpful guy! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Very happy with the overall experience. After taking storm damage to my roof, my insurance company originally wanted to cover just the replacement to the shingles that were damaged. Anthony communicated with my insurance company and helped me get a full roof replacement for the cost of my deductable! The crew was friendly, hard-working, and finished the job in one day. They did a thorough job of cleaning up nails and other debris afterwards. Anthony did a great job with answering all of my questions throughout the process.

We used Royalty Roofing to install a 9" shaker shingle on our ranch. They also wrapped all the windows and replaced the gutters and soffits. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism used in its installation. There were structural problems with the house that the installers recognized and fixed immediately. It was easy to tell that they knew what they were doing. Thank you for a job well done!

Royalty Roofing inspected our roof after an April storm that resulted in hail and wind damage. They were able to obtain insurance approval to replace our roof after our claim was deny when submitted with information provided by another roofing contractor. Royalty Roofing kept us up to date regarding the date they would start the work at our home. The installers were very hard working and professional. After the roof was completed the installation team spent hours cleaning up our yard ensuring nothing was overlooked or left behind.

Anthony and his crew were great! All of my problems with my roof work were fixed including a problem with our cat walks that required a unique solution. The best part was he noticed our roof had wind damage when other companies didn t even see it. That let us get most of it covered by insurance. All of the work was done pretty quickly and looks amazing! Thanks:)

We contacted Royalty Roofing because our roof was leaking from a rain/snow storm.
They responded very quickly! Anthony actually came out on a Sunday morning to assess the damage.We were very impressed with his professionalism,knowledge and expertise. He inspected every inch of our roof. He took photos so that we could see exactly what the problem was. He then explained what repairs we would need to have done. Russell did a complete check of our roof and attic to find where a ceiling stain originated. He found no issue with the roof, but identified a plumbing issue with a vent. 25 minutes at my home, but no charge! Although a repair was not needed by Royalty this time, they will have my business when I need them. What a great way to build trust!!
