What a disaster. This place is a revolving door for employees for a reason. In my time with them, I saw many incompetent to average employees *leave on their own accord*. It is a proposal chop shop - they work the proposal writers hard. They throw proposals at the government wildly until one sticks (because they way underbid). Then they scramble to hire people to fill the positions; these contracts typically are short lived because the project gets moved to a different company due to under-bidding or because the government wants competent people to do the work. Upper management micromanages everyone. The salaries and benefits are NOT competitive and they will aggressively try to keep employee costs low. If you get a job here, expect that whatever contract you are on won't get renewed. I am writing this not on my own account for fear of retribution.
