An office full of thieves, during Covid they like to top up their own wages with customers parcels, beware

After using Click and drop service here for weeks, today a member of staff didnt let me in and told me this branch was (and had been) for collection only. The website clears states differently. He wasn t rude but perhaps needs to understand his job better.

Quick efficient service for picking up missed special delivery items. Love the long opening hours from 7:00 so I can collect my stuff before going to work

This is the last time when I'm using any of Royal Mails services. I've went to 5 different branches with printing label option on their website that couldn't print a Click and Drop label which expires in 3 days. 5 stars are for the help and empathy I've received at this branch!!

Royal mail, as a delivery service is an absolute mess and failure. 1 of my packages has disappeared, its been weeks since I was meant to receive a first class delivery, sent within UK... Moreover, after paying fees for another, more important package, I have waited for another 4 days to nothing.(it was said to be redelivered in two days time, I've been waiting over 3 weeks for this package) Contacting them is physically impossible, I don't have hours to sit and wait on hold for an advisor to pick up their God damn phones.

Royal mail is awful. I m really sad with its service. I even don t know where is my parcel, and no one didn t give me an explicit answer.

i ordered something on AliExpress with their delivery service and the package was given to someone else in my village
