Michelle Vaughn made the transaction seamless. The only problem that I experienced was the wait getting the vehicle to the Royal car lot in Baton Rouge, via Gonzales, LA. But I am now enjoying my new Versa and familiarizing myself with it. Michelle went out of her way to locate the make, model AND color that I wanted. Thanks!
