Royal Mansour Marrakech Review

Amazing hotel, very luxurious with beautiful interior and wonderful gardens. Very kind and helpful staff. A great experience.

This is one of the best places to visit. The architecture is a work of art. It is beautiful. The stay is too expensive. As for the venues, there are many I tried two:
The moroccan restaurant 300 USD per person. This isnt made clear. Way too much food for one person. The food is ok, but it isn't worth the price.
The poolside restaurant is the best food in Marakesh.

Asian luxury, with the best treatment and an idyllic setting 2 hours from Madrid, or 2.5 from Barcelona

Incredibly polite staff, and a joy for the senses. No doubt the best dim sum I have ever eaten.

If you can stay there, you are lucky. If not have a drink and enjoy the most beautiful hotel in Marocco

If I could give this place 7 stars I would.
Flawless food, drinks, and of course service from the staff.
Picked up and returned in a Bentley, how stunning is that.
Does feel like the millionaires club, but what's not to like about that.
Things aren't cheap here, so if you're the type to say.... How much! When the bar and food bill turns up..... You'd better not grace this establishment.

By far the most amazing hotel I ve ever visited. Its attention to detail and craftsmanship are out of this world. Everything is exquisite.

Service more than excellent. Women's outfits are majestic. However the food was not up to such an establishment. We usually take the biggest menu to discover the cuisine of an establishment. We thought we were amazed by the royal Mansour. We witnessed an attempt to mix French and Moroccan cuisine, but it failed. The flavors are not as perfect as what we know of Moroccan cuisine. The presentation is refined and reminds of French cuisine but a good margin of progression for the taste. The quantities are not managed to arrive at the end of the meal.

Wow, very special. Not cheap at all, but worth it. Definitely visit for a meal at least.

A luxury hotel and resort with private and private villas and a five-star service. There are a number of restaurants, including Moroccan and French.

Viewing the bad reviews reply from hotel management I can say these are very very arrogant people. Will definitely avoid having any experience here.

Over-the-top-elegant, but done perfectly. Staff very friendly and professional. Come to visit the bar or one of the wonderful restaurants if you are not able to stay here. A MUST! In Marrakech.

Went here for the spa only. Staff was a bit unwelcoming at first. The main international cafe staff was so amazing helping us grab a quick bite prior to our hammam.

We asked the staff how to get to the spa and they said follow the signs. Far from the front door and there were some signs but none of them labeled the spa. One of the staff at the spa was very nice, and the other came off as rude and made our welcome very uncomfortable and awkward.

The actual hammam and masseuse were great and worth the tip, but we felt a bit unwelcome afterwards as it included access to the pool. Warning, this is the indoor pool only and the explanations weren t very clear here.

Although the hotel room was a little expensive, it was worth every penny.

Very fancy Moroccan style Riad. Nice staff (except for the receptionists ). The one thing that made me very mad is that they preauthorized an extremely high amount on my credit card at check-in for extra services (MAD 10k), which will take around 2 weeks to be refunded to my credit card after checkout.

We had dinner at The La Grande Table Marocaine. The food was unbelievably delicious , and the atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful and romantic. We ordered Lamb Tangia which was sooooo tasty, but it does take very long time to be cooked and served (it took over an hour of wait).
Would highly recommend the hotel and its restaurants. But do not allow the high preauthorization request!

It's a luxury hotel, ok. BUT, not being able to eat around 11pm is serious because a customer can arrive at any time and ask and therefore not be satisfied.

The most exclusive palaces in Marrakech. Everything is beautiful. To do absolutely at least for a drink around the minimum pool.

The best of the best. Everything is perfect. We even had the right to visit the underground and the magnificent cellar.

This review reflects restaurant and bar staff: I had a great afternoon tea for my birthday here and everything was super nice high quality tasty and staff surprised me and came singing

On the negative side we asked if we could sneak peak into a villa as we wanted to book this hotel for our next trip but were unsure how big the villa is and which type. One of the guys at reception was very rude gave us a bad look and said he won't be able to show us anything. Therefore I would not spend my money for a stay here. Service should be of a higher standard at reception for the price of a villa you need to have a polite staff as it doesn't make it clear which type of villa has how many bedrooms etc. Moreover it was disappointing that the very same service was offered to some Chinese non guests. Does the hotel think Chinese are more wealthy and deserve better treatment than Europeans? If that was my hotel I would fire such ruthless staff at reception even more so because we were actually encouraged by the staff at the restaurant to check out the hotel for our next stay!

Beautiful hotel and grounds and the food is amazing. However, it is let down slightly by a general air of pretentiousness and not all staff are particularly welcoming.

Stunning spa. The most marble I have seen in one spot in a long time. Had a wonderful traditional hammam. Dont know that I'd pay the money to go here every week but to see it was very impressive. The wife and whole family enjoyed their treatments. The grounds are spectacular as well.

Lovely bar for drinks! Afternoon tea was heavy on the sweets, but otherwise a lovely experience in a beautiful atmosphere.

We did not stay at the hotel, but the grounds were gorgeous. Came for the spa, did a hammam and massage that was amazing!! We also ate lunch here, and the food was very good. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

The view is very beautiful especially at sunset and the service and food are very good

Stay in April 2011 open for a few months only, the palace was appreciable both by its decor and staff, at the time the summer garden was not existing but I could do a few years later.
I enjoyed being escorted back to the airport by the hotel service.
