JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai Review

Visited the place couple of times. Hospitality provided here is excellent. I appreciate there service a lot. The property architecture is amazing with incredible interior as per Marriott worldwide standards. Kitchen 6 is best part of this property. Moreover property is well maintained. Only thing they need to improve is service of valet parking, mostly it takes 20 minutes to get your car back.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! ! Anyway, there are so many kinds and it's an open kitchen. Perhaps the best ever! I never get bored every day here. What if I want to live (laughs) I should have taken more photos. The room is large and the bathtub and shower room are separate and spacious and perfect. (Location may not be good)

Well located hotel with excellent business amenities, friendly and highly professional staff. A number of good restaurants to choose from as well as an exceptional breakfast offering. Internet is fast and works well making this is an ideal hotel to conduct business from. The view on offer is quite breathtaking.

the rooms r cozy. the bathrooms were spacious. the breakfast buffet spread was the largest i have ever seen. they have 2 places for buffet in case the main one gets filled. the quality of the food was the highest i have ever had in a 5 star hotel.
the heated swimming pool was a big surprise. i always avoid the cold water swimming pools. because it was heated, i enjoyed the swimming.
there is a bit of wiat though for the check in and check out.
will come back here again if time permits.

This hotel is located in the Dubai Business Bay area which is not yet completed and some other buildings are under construction but this did not disturb me during my recent stay. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a great variety of restaurants and bars. The hotel features over 1800 rooms so expect a busy place. The roof top pool area is nice and a good place to relax after business days. I will be back.

I had such an amazing time at the JW Marriott Hotel, I arrived with 2 of my other friends and stayed for 7 nights. From the moment we entered the hotel we were warmly welcomed and received amazing service throughout, from free high speed WiFi, great transport links, fantastic concierge service and amazing dining experience. The breakfast buffet at Kitchen 6 was outstanding, there was so many options from a continental breakfast to dessert and more! I arrived just before closing time but the waitress Rutendo ensured me and my friends had everything we needed and was so friendly and pleasant I wish more waitresses were like her! The service and food at La Farine was also phenomenal! Can t wait to come back - Caroline

Stunning view and great location. I can highly recommend to book an executive room to get access to the executive lounge which serves warm dishes and great cocktails!

Good property at perfect location for business travelers to mumbai

We stay one week in the hotel and we like it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the breakfast at the 6th floor. The dining staff Kimberly offers great customer service and we really appreciate her. Other dining staff all are great.

Located on the 4th floor in JW Marriot Marquis at the end of a long hallway, Tong Thai is a renowned to serve the best thai food in Dubai.

To start with, the decoration is simple yet special with red lightings giving a soul to the place. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and serve you quickly.

For appetizers, we went for the Chor Muang,the steamed caramelizer chicken dumpling marinated in peanut butter which was so delicious without being too sweet. We also had the Gai Hor Bai Tuey, the Marinated Chicken in Pandan leaf with a sweet and sour sauce was as good as well.

For the main course, we ordered the Marinated Wagu Beef with dried chili dip. The beef was juicy, tender and the chili dip complemented it perfectly. We also had their famous creamy tiger prawn curry with peanut chili sauce. It was really delicious but a bit too sweet i shall admit.

Finally for the dessert, we shared their banana pudding. The banana is filled with hazelnut and dipped in caramel topped with thai mango custard and fresh mango. It was sooo good, delicious and not too heavy!

Definitely a recommended placed if you're a fan of the Thai cuisine.

Bad service and attention to guests. Marriott residents Inn are better than this hotel which is supposed to be ultra luxury 5 stars. Even getting in and out is a hassle due to poor crowd management. For the same price, u can find many better options In Dubai.

World's Tallest Hotel.. I have stayed there 3 times , on my every visit to Dubai it's my first choice to stay in JW Marriott Marquis Hotel. Best ambience and state of the art facilities. The staff if very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend if you can afford such luxury.

Huge structure,
the two towers host a myriad of people, this has a great influence on the quality of the services offered and the time required to do anything, such as taking a lift, checking in or going to the concierge.
The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. The rooms have a terrace, but the windows are closed and it is therefore not possible to go outside ( ).
The gym is open 24/24 and the pool is well maintained.
The meeting rooms are very nice and spacious.
In the room as well as in the whole structure the air conditioning is set too low, it freezes !!!
The hotel is suitable for business trips or business meetings, certainly not the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
The area surrounding the hotel does not offer any services or entertainment, you must always take a means of transport to go elsewhere.

Request a double bed room. 32 floor. The room and the bath were large. The bathrobe is fashionable (laughs)
A modern hotel where even Japanese people can stay with peace of mind. There are many reviews, but the service of the staff is elegant. Book a breakfast plan with Expedia. The menu is too rich from morning. I took time to eat. Anyway, breakfast is amazing!

A very nice hotel with many restaurants, including a restaurant on the 72nd floor with stunning views of Dubai.

Yeah its extra ordinary, pleasant setup and location. I visited there finding a walk in job I could get in but what I observed Marriott is serving always best in hospitality grounds and guest services. It also has good location near beach view.

Hotel is beautiful, nice resturants BUT , for people with acrophobia (fear of heights) they may get into a glass lift which goes up to 70 floors with EXPOSED view of city without any prior warning!!! I went through this shocking experience while going to the restaurant in level 72 , spoke to hotel staff, sent email to management, adviced them to place a small notice next to the lift door about the glass lifts which may cause a heart attack for an acrophobic person, (so that they will have the CHoICE of going up through another lift which is in a corner and with no glass) ! some manager called me back and ended the call by saying : i can choose another restaurant !!!! Obviously he didnt get my point at all.

Its a great hotel everything is good. Just the ongoing roadwork in that area add up to choatic traffic .
