Really rude and unwilling to help staff, long queu...

Really rude and unwilling to help staff, long queues and depressing atmosphere. They lost my parcel and there is no attitude towards helping me find it. I spent a week already asked and camping drivers in the morning in order to get any info about where my parcel might be.
Utterly disgusted by how morally people could degradate in conditions they create by themselves. No help by staff there no even a slight intention!

Im really disappointed in the service here. I usually never write reviews but the man who worked there was extremely rude, barely even treated me like a human. He refused to serve me because I didnt have my card, despite the fact that there was nobody else there and he wasnt doing anything. I offered everything (filling out a new card etc etc) told him that i really needed it for a birthday and that i had come a long way to the royal mail. He absolutely didnt care and just ignored me pretty much. The service really left me speechless

My least favourite Venue, not for the easily over excitable or Verging on Suicidal.
Items get Lost, Stolen Damaged in their thousands every year.
You could be feeding the Cat - miss the Postman (or woman) and 3 strikes your out! A Red card to report with Passport control at nearest Branch office. You wait 2 days to collect it. Only whilst your waiting to collect The Damned Postman is out trying to deliver your Precious Kilo's of Dope.
You miss again! So all in I'd say probably only use Royal mail or Parcel Force as a Bad 2nd option.
Use a good Courier Service especially for expensive Merchandise & you won't have unsuspecting Postman Creeping up on you. 2* Now!

African lady who works here is pretty rude. Just got grunted at and waved aside to fill out a delivery card because I didn't bring mine - and she didn't even look at me. Lacked even basic manners. Also she looked so bored working there - almost like she wanted to kill herself. Place is a dump.

What a terrible experience. I came yesterday because I was left a post note saying to pay a customs charge (no idea of what).
Despite what was stated in the post note, the office was closed due to Covid-19. I took a photo of the new time schedule on the window. Came again today during the time stated, closed again and the time schedule on the window changed again. If you keep changing the time schedule customers don t stand a chance.
