Clean, quite and close to airport. Very convenient reaching out to airport.

The Server at the Starbucks was so friendly and cheery. So great to start the day with a smile from someone.

Restaurant under construction. Buffet breakfast is $17 but average. Scrambled eggs only.

We requested a quiet room away from the elevators and ice machines because we live in the country and noise is very disturbing for us. Aneka was the representative who gave us a room one door away from the elevators and ice machine and on the 2nd floor. The room was not what we expected but the total opposite. When we asked her if she gave us a quite room she said she did her best. Once we went to the room and discoverd it was very close to the elevators we went back to ask her why she ignored our request. She was waiting on another client so we waited. Another attendant offered to help us but we said we needed to speak with her becuase she book the room for us. She kept us waiting and it felt like she purposely delayed with the client ahead of us telling him extra things that she never even mentioned to us. This client even turned to us and appologized for the delay and before we could even respond Aneka said oh that's okay. We spoke up and said I think he was talking to us. After complaining to her we received a call from her appologizing and offering us another room. Interesting that she could not give us this option in the first place. Her attitude was terrible and she was one of the worst receptionists we have ever experienced and we have done a lot of traveling. We just hope she is not on the desk for us when we return in March.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice location. Bathroom is kind of small and awkward but alright.

This is a good hotel by the airport. The bathroom are a little small though. Room service is very fast and the food is good. Plus they have a pool.

Decent hotel rooms but gym is better than most hotels which is nice. The double rooms are quite tiny and the bathrooms aren't the best. No fridge either which is frustrating and AC unit sucks.

Update on my return. Not a good experience with the shuttle driver. We waited 1 hour for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. Attitude from the driver when asked why he was so long. Keep in mind the hotel is only 1 km from the airport. Very disappointed

It's conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle runs frequently. The breakfast buffet was good. It's close to a number of restaurants.

Terrible service so far. Room key didn't work. Elevator out of service. Room service would not answer the phone.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and good wifi. Clean rooms with some modern amenities. The shower left something to be desired, though.

Just so-so. Our a/c was pretty rattle y, the water pressure was weak, and the shower head was a cheap plastic thing that was falling apart. The bed was good though. Didn t like the sharp corner of the bed-frame though (why do hotels do this?) which I slammed my shin into when coming back from the washroom in the middle of the night. Good for one night only, really. The breakfast was pretty good though.

What do you mean there's no sports on the TV at the bar?

We used the four points for an all day conference, great service and facilities. The airport shuttle service was a big help!

Rooms are dirty, old and small. No in-room mini bar, no microwave.

Rooms: Clean, spacious, functional.
Pool/Spa: Clean, perfect temp.
Restaurant(Lunch/Supper): Staff/Service was excellent, food delicious.
Restaurant Buffet(Breakfast): Staff/Service was Excellent, food poorly laid out and prepared, eggs and potatoes left covered so quality deteriorated, over priced for quality of food provided.

Cozy hotel. Under expansion presently and construction begin to early in the morning!!! Windows are not soundproof enough. But good airport hotel overall.

Very clean. It was under construction but a very nice hotel. Was there for a work conference.

Overrated and over priced. Easy walking distance? No! There are no instructions,, no signs. And the Google Maps walking instructions are not only wrong but dangerous. The rooms are nothing special. Seriously. In the bar, there is one lonely bottle of Canadian whisky and not a single bottle of local spirits or wine. So much for sustainable development and supporting the local economy.

The good: clean and the bed was comfy.
The bad: I tried to order a beer... They were out of the first two I asked for, then wouldn't let me eat my sandwich in the bar which looked more like a fast food dining area.
The ugly: the room was small, very austere, and finished from what I can only guess was a thrift store.

Below average hotel near the airport. We were stranded after a flight cancellation and this hotel had rooms. Overall the stay was disappointing. The heating system was loud, the bed was only ok, the lighting in the room and the bathtub were both bad. For the price we paid it was vey underwhelming

The facilities were clean and the barista was helpful and friendly. The rooms are alright.... It has all amenities, nothing special, but nothing spectacular either. But it was comfortable.

Was placed in a room next to the elevator so all I heard while trying to sleep was the elevator going up and down. Was too late in the evening to go down and get my room changed, but I won't be making that mistake again. Should only book those rooms if they're fully booked. Awful sleep. Clean room though.

Parking location was kind of weird, but alot of space on a quiet day. Very close to the airport. Staff are courteous and always helpful.

Seminar, meeting room was very cold on both days, sound system was inadequate. The restaurant on the Saturday was ill-prepared for customers and considering it is an airport hotel, one would think it would be half decent, with their food and service. Neither did well, service was poor and food terrible, even the so called manager of the rrsaurant didn't know the menu. Sunday was just as bad. It Should Be Fixed!!

Great, clean facilities. The majority of the staff was amazing!! The restaurant food was good, too (the service... not so much). We had a delicious breakfast & dinner there; yum.

Not good. Pool was FREEZING. Room door lock broken. Heat was sketchy at best.

Terrible experience

Was lied to on booking. THIS IS NOT THE SHERATON AT THE AIRPORT! it is close though..... Booked a crib and they did not have one. Overall not impressed with the lies. Hotel is average otherwise.

Amazing service by each and every staff member. Was greeted right upon arrival.

Rates weren't always as described. Kind of a bait & switch scenario, but the rooms were quite nice regardless, with enough to do in the hotel for the kids, at least fro one night.

Very close to the airport for the business traveler. Place is clean rooms are a little outdated. Shampoo, Body wash, and conditioner are on a shared dispenser. The shared part is something I will never be fond of unless it's in my home and the only one sharing the dispenser is family.

After a long flight we find out thar they only have one shuttle van that arrives to the airport every half hour. We waited outside in the cold for half an hour with two young kids to be turned away and had to wait another half hour. We will never use this hotels parking service again. So disappointed.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and the restaurant was ok. Not the closest hotel from the airport. There is a shuttle service every 30 minutes.

We missed our 7am flight and with no flight until the next morning so we were in a hurry to get into a hotel so we didn't have to stay in the airport and we booked a room at Four Points and they got us checked in by 8am and they even sent a shuttle to the airport to pick us up. Lisa at the front was so friendly and accommodating! It was so great having such amazing customer service after such a hectic stressful morning. We also got room service for breakfast and the food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick! Thank you Four Points hotel!!

Not a bad place. Nice staff and room service was mindful of our things. The showers come with soap and body wash dispensers. They have a gym and pool as well. The only thing I could ask for more would be free breakfast.

But the picks from Google seems to be really nice. If I got a chance to stay their for sure I will choose this hotel.

This hotel was excellent for locstion but the rooms were a bit dated. I think the facelift has been recent. The professionalism of the staff made up for this. That being said we had a great rest before a very early flight and the pool was amazing for the kids.

Worst stay. I asked for the sheets to be washed every day due to my allergies and they maid showed everyday and shook the sheets out in the room. Ice bucket was often never emptied. Sloppy.

The bed was very uncomfortable and old. I ended up checking out at midnight and going home instead.

It was actually a very nice hotel, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were small but well cleaned. The air conditioning was a bit loud but bearable. Pool was OK. It didn't provide at good view.

Nice place and convenient location for overnight stay before a flight.

Please note - this hotel is NOT scent free. The air freshners or whatever they are using in the lobby, etc. may cause some people like me to have a difficult time. Otherwise, it's a nice place for a quick stay.

Stay was fine just don't try to call and talk to anyone to get a receipt. It is next to impossible to talk to anyone on the phone and if you do talk to someone you can tell they really would prefer to be doing something else. Clean room, poor after taste.

Close to the airport (across the street from terminal 3). Reasonable room at a reasonable price

Check in was quick. Staff were friendly and efficient. Free shuttle to/from airport. Rooms were modern looking and clean. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Bed comfortable. Walls/ceilings thin and I could hear a lot of activity. Internet available in lobby. I don't know if free WiFi as I didn't use. Wines in lounge moderately priced but not noteworthy. Caesar salad I had was poor (no bacon or parmesan cheese on salad. Rock hard commercial croutons. Salad drenched in dressing).
