Close to the airport. Rooms are wide and clean.
However you have to be careful when you wanna take the hotel shuttle to the airport.
Sometimes the bus is not available on the noticed time.

Excellent! Have stayed here twice due to my job and I've loved the experience! The recent renovation is spectacular! Highly recommended!

Location was fine. Room ad said it was a separate bedroom and it wasnt. Service was good

Well the hotel served it's purpose. I had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The restaurant was very good. Lots of options and the service was quick and friendly. My room was ok. It had a smell to it, like body odour. It wasn't strong but it was definitely there. The furniture and wall paper were worn down. There was a lot of water damage to the bathroom door. It became obvious to why when I showered as the curtain did not do a good job of keeping the water in the shower. There was water all over the bathroom floor. Now the water pressure from the shower head was amazing. Best shower in any hotel I've stayed in hands down. Not sure if the high pressure caused the water on the floor issue or not. While I was blow drying my hair in the morning the power went out in my bathroom and never came back on. I had to finish drying my hair by the bed. When I went down to check out I mentioned the power issue to the front desk and they did not seem to care. Almost like they expected it. I was not happy when I went down to the gift shop the evening before around 830 to find it closed, especially when the info in the room said the gift shop was open from 5 pm to 10 pm. I guess this hotel was ok. It served it's purpose but nothing more.

My room was really noisy, I could very easily hear the elevator down the hall and all kinds of noise from neighbouring rooms. Wasn't a very nice room and the decor was dated.

It was awesome. Pool was nice and it's right beside airport. Got lit. Rooms were comfy.

Horrendous... You couldn't pay me enough to stay an extra night. In fact I wouldn't stay if my life depended on it. Horrible!

It was fantastic except for the renovations that were going on. I was there for a Threads of Life training for 5 days. Thank you to the kitchen and serving staff! They were wonderful with any requests we had. The food was delicious and so much to choose from. I ordered room service twice and both times quick service with to die for hot apple tart with, I am sure, homemade ice cream, not quite melting on the tart. I have a bit of a handicap and with the renovation, the bathroom was not finished on the floor we were on. The staff allowed me to use both their washroom and service elevator. Just fabulous staff. Lastly and almost most important, the shuttle staff. In particular Eddy, who when going down town took us almost right to the train station. Eddy also, on my last day saved me from horrible pain. You see, I had forgotten some of my medication in my hotel room and didn t realize until I was already at the airport! One of my bags was already checked, And it certainly was not in my carry-on, I was panicking. I called back to the hotel, and the cleaning staff had found it. The lady at the desk, Lisa, Insured me that the shuttle would be right back so I could have it. There was Eddy with a big smile on his face, and we went directly back to the hotel where he ran in and grabbed my medication and took me directly back to them the right gate.I just want the staff to know how much I appreciate everything, and I can t wait to come back and visit them all again. Thank you

Location was a bit inconvenient, but not terrible. Rooms were decently clean and prices were fair. Service was friendly and staff were helpful

There is only 1 shuttle and there are limited spots so be sure to reserve a spot ahead of time

Great sized conference room for an event with very comfortable beds for the evening.

The room was quite outdated, but clean. The staff was very friendly, and allowed me to check out very late (1300). The fitness room was above average, and the restaurant served high quality meals. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location. Shuttle comes every 30 minutes on the hour. Although it is within walking distance, it is not pedestrian friendly with winding roadways. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed but tiny bathroom. Power out for 20 minutes while I was trying to check out so had to move toiletries etc out into the bed area to get ready for the day. Elevator was out as well. Thank goodness I was in shape to walk up four flights. Great staff.

We have been coming to this hotel the last 2 years. It's a great convenient location to YYZ Pearson Airport. ( Across the street)

It has been completely renovated since our last visit.

The bar and restaurant area has been completely relocated and it's absolutely gorgeous. They have a Starbucks mini coffee shop that is open from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. . Their business center has two computers and a big printer. They have a big large screen to show you the status of the flights at Pearson Airport.

Our room is absolutely fabulous. All updated and very clean. Definitely five stars and will return.

Used Expedia to book a room near airport and a reasonable rate and found the Four Points by Sheraton, rate was great, location was perfect, shuttle service was very nice, will definitely book again while traveling through Toronto.

We took a Car2Go to the airport, dropped it off at the Four Points hotel. There was designated parking. Got on the airport shuttle. There was zero hassle, the shuttle driver was friendly. Super easy, no out of pocket expense, no complaints.

Very bad experience Discrimination in the treatment.

They offer a shuttle service to airport but rooms are average at best. Checked my credit card and they put through a $50 charge which they promptly reversed upon my phone call to them.But what if I didn't check my credit card? Would never stay here again!

It is not in Toronto, located in Mississauga so you have to pay extra fare for TTC bas ride

Better Hotels in the Area This hotel is clean and in a good location but so are so many others. The room is small, the bathroom even smaller and not worth $200/nt. No microwave, No bar fridge but they're happy to deliver one for an extra twenty! I've stayed in many hotels at this airport and there are far better value for the money places and they have a fridge in the room.

Good clean simple hotel for airport. Recently renovated. Shuttle only once every half hour, which it could be more frequent.

Location is good. We had a long day of flying. We got to the room about 6pm. We wanted to shower. No hot water. We ran it for 15 minutes. No hot water. We decided to go eat at the hotel restaurant. In passing the front desk, we told them no hot water. They said they would make a call. We ate at the restaurant and had a few drinks at the bar. Good food and good service. We got back to the room and went to sleep. We had an early flight out. 7am in the morning, still no hot water. It was luke warm at best. Called down and asked if there was an issue with hot water. They put me on hold. When they came back on they said just run it for 10-15 minutes. We did and still only luke warm water. We really didn t have time to deal with it. Also they are building a new tower beside the hotel. Construction noise started very early. Not a great room for trying to get sleep after and before flying. When we went to check out, we once again mentioned no hot water this morning or last night. Ok she says. They will look into it. How was the rest of your stay? I Haven t showered and we are about to get back on a plane for 6 more hours. Terrible service. To many airport hotels looking for business. Maybe wait until the new building is completed. Customer service was missed on this one.

Room was great dinner was great. Breakfast buffet was chaotic and unprepared (ran out of white bread , plates, takeout containers. Giving it 5 stars cause it was a busy weekend and they did there best

Close to the airport especially if you arrive at Terminal 3 - within walking distance. Rooms are clean.

It's OK, room is basic. Room service food was good.

The hotel has been newly renovated into a modern styled hotel. Good location directly opposite the airport within minutes of the terminals. There is a restaurant, bar, Starbucks on site along with a pool and fitness room. The only item that I found a bit irregular was the cost of the buffet breakfast which was 19$ for the full breakfast and the continental was 15$. The offerings were decent but a bit too price for precooked food. A made to order egg counter could have made it worth it.

Very close to the trade center and has good amenities. I would stay there again
