Old and small rooms.
Told 5am and 6am transfer bus was full. Booked a 45$ taxi only to find out both free transfers had space.

Very comfortable hotel for a long layover at Toronto-Pearson. Bed was great, room was clean. Interior showed a little bit of age, but mostly in style and not in functionality or amenities.
The talk about the shuttles is true. MAKE SURE YOU GET ON THE SHUTTLE HEADING TO AIRPORT ROAD AND NOT DIXIE ROAD. If I had not asked the driver, I would not have known that the first shuttle to arrive at the airport was for another Four Points and not mine. I later noticed that it was printed on the bus, but in small inconspicuous text. Also, MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU NEED THE SHUTTLE BACK TO THE AIRPORT. They require you to sign up for the shuttle back in order to guarantee a seat. Again, if I had not asked, I would not have known this. If they made the workings of the shuttle easier and clearer, this place would get 5 stars easily.
Be proactive in planning for the shuttle and everything else should be great. Overall, highly recommended hotel.
Was here for a 2 day conference. The staff, service and food were all great.
Guest services is poor, girl at the counter has attitude no hello how are you welcome to our hotel. Picture id and credit card was the first thing that came out of her mouth.
Great hotel but the thing that made me enjoy my stay the most was Gurprit! He is an amazing driver that went above and beyond all expectations, he told us where the must see places are and went out of his way to make our stay at this hotel and in Toronto amazing! Gurprit truly is an asset to this company!
Great hotel and location. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Just give them a call for pickup.. usually runs every 30 minutes. Mega comfy beds and clean tidy rooms. Very friendly staff.
1-Disappointed the hotel didn t mention they are under construction when we booked this hotel.
2- Loud Noise from jackhammers
3- The smell of the adhesive glue was so strong throughout the hotel we suffered headaches
4- unable to eat in the poorly set up dinner area due to noise and smell
5 No pool or Hot Tub available
6- No discount for all the inconvenience
I feel the hotel should tell there customers of the construction going on so each person can decide if there ok with this or not
Slept one night at this hotel before beginning our vacation and it was a terrible stay.
Will not return
February 26th 2018
Very convenient location if you need to stay overnight around the airport. Renovations at lobby and bar just finished and it looks nice and bright.
My mom asked me to post this for her since she doesn't have google: "Thanks so much to Mussie, Eddie, and Anton who drove me comfortably & safely with the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport s shuttle busses from Toronto Pearson Airport to the Hotel at 6257 Airport Road and to the Intelligent Cities Summit at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd, Mississauga.
Monday 7, & Tuesday 8 of October, two days in a row I was on time at the conference. Many Thanks to all of these kind & reliable drivers, and thanks to their company for this very kind shuttle service." I would also like to thank you all for keeping my mom safe and providing stress-free way to get to her destination.
Very basic hotel. I had room 425. Small with small bathroom. Had to close the bathroom door to change my mind. No restaurants close by so you are stuck with the on site restaurant which is ok but nothing great.
What a poor showing for this hotel. They never told us that their parking lot is under construction due to expansion.
Looks like it has been renovated. Fresh coat of paint, some new furniture. The heater and air conditioner unit is not updated. Old, loud and discoloured.
Make sure you check with the actual hotel desk before you book.
Good hotel, good price.
But I don't understand why I have to pay for parking!!!
I chosed Four points in June 2016 because they had a nice looking swiming pool in the their website and it was close to the airport. The price was also attractive. After settling in I started to wait for my luggage to be delivered to my room which had an old hotel smell. I called the reception after half an hour for my luggage which they promised to deliver asap. After a shower and a nap watching tv for 4 hours I went down to claim my luggage I traced them in a cloak room! A new servise record!
The air condition kept the bar colder that the chilled beer I had, although the snacks were good. People kept sniffing with their coats and caps on. The restaurant menu presented standard meals. The room was a freeser inspite of trying to adjust it .The staff was friendly enough but were not able to do anything for the automated aircooling!
A swim in the cloudy water was an unpleasant surprice but the hotel provided at least a robe and towels. Unfortunately I had reserved and paid for 14 days! The service also provided currency exchange.
Stayed for a few hours due to flight getting rearranged for the morning. Location great, room was just fine for the night.
The morning shuttles were fully booked so while the pickup service is very convenient, don't count on them to get you to the airport at busy times. T3 is a very short walk so not a problem.
Excellent experience rooms totally refurbished fresh new and spotless outstanding service especially Muriel who set me up with makeup artist in 5 minutes saving the day for my grandson's wedding
staff are very friendly and the GM is a very professional friendly manager
Super close to YYZ Terminal 3 without that in-terminal price.
Very quick to airport, nice restauraunt and lobby area
Useless if you re here for business and expect to use the wifi. Have stayed here twice and each time the wifi was basically unusable. This second time was while the hotel was basically empty so it s not like too many people are using it. Will not use for business in the future.
Nice hotel but very loud people yelling/arguing in the room above us for over an hour
The location of this hotel is very convenient close to Pearson Airport, with a shuttle every 15 minutes in rush hour, just 8 minutes far from Terminal 3, parking area is shared and sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot, recommend to improve the options in the kitchen in restaurant
Staff was friendly and accommodating, location is a little tough get into if you have to make a left turn in, rooms are an okay size however the air until would come on with a roar causing me to wake up multiple times throughout the night.
My husband and I stayed for a layover here in March. Flight was in late and they were excellent. They let us have a late check out so we got a decent night sleep. Fast WiFi. Close to airport. Bed was a little hard, room was clean but nothing fancy. Air conditioning a little loud when it kicks in.
Nice friendly place. Room were clean, staff friendly. Nice indoor pool, nice bar and ok food. Can be little pricey. Really close to the airport
The check in agent was rude and condescending. All I was trying to do was check in. Definitely not recommending!
Room was very close to the elevator, which was very noisy until about 3am. Also, the "indoor climate control system" aka air conditioner is almost as loud as a lawn mower. You have to turn it off if you want less noise than the elevator but you'll be sweating like a pig because it's summer. I would not be staying at this hotel ever again. Good thing I learned this lesson at a young age.
Thanks.
Absolutely unacceptable hotel. Stay went wrong from the start. First, if you do book, there are 3 Four Point Sheraton hotels at the Toronto Airport (and a lot more Sheratons) so check the address and go to the right one. The guy in front of me didn't. Second, the shuttle does not come "on the hour and half hour" as stated in the answering machine and from the hotel staff. It came at 11:21 pm my time, and I had waited from 10:50pm. Third, when I got there they hadn't told me there was no room in advance. There had been water damage. The man at the desk said with a straight face, we're sending you to an upgraded room at the Holiday Inn, and said he would call a shuttle. Already red flags because Holiday Inn is a much cheaper chain. And indeed, the room they put me in is a cheap room at the Holiday Inn that goes for about half of what I paid. Avoid these guys. For the same price you can give your money to an equally well known mid level chain and avoid the hassle plus lack of transparency. Next step, I am requesting from management a refund of the price difference for this cheap room they put me in and what I paid them. Avoid, and give your money to a more reputable and more respectful hotel.
This hotel is part of the Marriott chain. It is at the lower end. They are doing renovations. The interior looks completely renovated and very modern.
There is enough parking for guests.
There is a restaurant onsite called "Moments".
They have conference facilities. I was here for that.
I don't see how any one could give this place any more than a three star, because it is a middle age hotel semi-renovated. It is clean however, and comfortable. It is just a normal three star hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was pleasant. However, during the last night, we decided to have a quick meeting in the hotel around 11pm and to go over some work matters over some ordered pizza and wings. The hotel restaurant is just an open area with a bar. There were a few people drinking there but it was dead. The hotel staff told us that we can't eat in the area, so we asked if they serve food, they said the kitchen was closed. So basically they are telling us that we can't sit in the open reatarant area and eat outside food when the restaurant is closed (and they serve mostly Indian food), even if we order drinks from the bar. And I am a SPG Platinum number...lol. Anyway, we just ate at the lobby and had our chat. The night manager came over and warned us not to eat at the lobby, we told him that he gave us no choice and piss off. That is the only reason why I didn't give them a three star. Won't stay here again.
Ok for a night. Fair price. Wrong choice to spend your honey moon. Forgot to turn off AC. Thought a truck was driving through my room when it went on.
Room was very clean. The service staff was excellent.
We only stayed here for a quick overnight layover. Overall, satisfactory.
Biggest complaint is with the airport shuttle. I called to find out how to get the shuttle and was told the schedule and where to find it. The shuttle only runs every 30 minutes. So when we exited the airport and saw a shuttle with a 'Four Points' sign that was about to leave, we jumped on it. Turns out there are MULTIPLE Four Points by Sheraton in the surrounding area and we got on the wrong one. At no point did anybody from the hotel tell me there were multiple Four Points and to make sure I got the right shuttle. The shuttle driver also did not check that we were going to the correct hotel. I believe that the hotel should have told us to watch out for this when I called to ask about airport transfers.
Very clean and modern. Comfortable. King room with full kitchen. I would recommend this place. Great front desk personnel and efficient.
Customer service at the front desk was really upsetting. Wouldn't stay here again.
The place is being updated. Some of the amenities were working. And they charge extra for Refrigerator and microwave. Service in the restaurant was good on the 1st day for breakfast. However poor on the 3 other days breakfast and dinner on the last night there.
Overall, this hotel is a nice SPG standard hotel. The staff are nice and the meeting rooms are comfortable.Perhaps my only complaint is that the elevators are a little slow so be sure to give yourself an extra couple of minutes, especially during the morning rush
Not the worst hotel but not the nicest! Rooms are kind of small, no fridge or microwave but try can provide one for $15! The pool, whirlpool and fitness center is nice and the staff are super nice too. No continental breakfast and $20 extra a night for parking, where as the Sheraton Conference down the street provides note in the room and $5 a day for parking. I made a mistake not booking far enough in advance, Won't make that mistake again!!
Everything here is perfect!!! The staff is so nice and take care of all your needs!!! The rooms are A+ !!! Best beds you will ever sleep in!!!
A good basic hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice little snack table near the check-in desk.
They are always friendly and eager to always make things better
Rooms are clean, amenities are nice to have 24/7, I mentioned we were staying for a honeymoon layover and was given a free breakfast for me and my wife which was such a nice surprise! Shuttle was quick and literally 2 minutes from my check in gate. The only con I could find was that walls are paper thin and you can hear people through the vents .
Nice hotel. Good WiFi. Did not have fridge in room. Nice staff.
Rooms were somewhat dated and didnt feel as upscale
Nice, quiet and convenient. I would give it a 5 but the rooms are getting just a bit dated.
King bed room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor, lighting In the bathroom was great for getting ready.
Hotel is clean but a bit outdated. I had requested a cot during booking but they didnt have it on file. They ended up having one left which was good. Rooms are clean and service good. Close by the airport so expect noose from the planes.
Everything you would expect from a Four Points. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool. The gym is quite large but a little tough to find for the first time. Conveniently located right next to the airport.
They are very nice there. The rooms are class clean and the staff is awesome
Very good staff, very clean, and delicious breakfast. Didn't see an ATM machine around and getting to and from the lower lobby was stairs only, which made it hard for people with disabilities. Bathrooms were immaculate.
Adequate for quick overnight, make sure you get the right airport shuttle, there are inexplicably and highly confusingly 2 Four Points hotels in Toronto...
We used the banquet hall service of this facility. Our product was easy to unload at a side entrance to the main ballrooms. The staff at this facility we're very pleasant with all of our requests.
DO NOT leave your car at this hotel while on a trip. They do not have cameras that cover their entire parking lot they have you park. Our vehicle was vandalized and in their small print contract are not held liable for damage. Would personally never stay here again.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance away from terminal 3. The hotel staff are friendly and the amenities offered at the hotel are pretty good, especially for a three-star hotel (fitness centre, snack bar by the lobby, a bar/restaurant at the ground level, free wifi, shuttle service). The hotel room is cozy and has good soundproofing. The bed was comfy, but I was not impressed with the lack of hot water for the shower and the soap dispenser for hair conditioner being empty. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel as it is a quick walk/shuttle ride away from the airport and the quality of the stay was good, save for the unsatisfactory experience with the shower.
Good hotel. Comfortable beds and room are good size.
Very nice lobby and extras (pool and lounge). Very helpful location by the airport and friendly staff. Room service was also good.
Currently, I am at a wedding reception and it's beautiful. Plus, the washrooms are really clean.
Overnight Parking ($28) should have been included but otherwise was fine
Hotel is undergoing renovations, so everything smelled like paint. Room was clean, staff friendly.
I was there for a dental conference. Overall experience was quite satisfying. Except that the washroom was not kept cleaned.
Outstanding facility with exceptional customer service. Amenities of this hotel including the dining facility and coffee bar were fantastic,
Room was really nice. Room service breakfast was excellent
Paper thin walls, almost not restaurant at walking distance, lots of noise during the day due to all those work they are doing inside
Presents as a professional and clean property. The service however lacks. Experienced meeting room staff who were not professional at all. Actual food and beverage staff lacked as well. Just not polished at all. Just not impressed.
I only attend for a conference and as a venue is a very comfortable and easily accessable venue. Parking can be challenging and expensive but is what I would have expected for any down town location.
Great staff, was sent here after my flight was cancelled.
I spent eight hours in this hotel in Toronto and I hope to visit the hotel soon
Overnight guest, solid view, clean rooms and clean lobby. No complaints. Close to the airport with a shuttle.
Nice hotel. Would be better if I could get food after 11pm. Room service should be 24 hours.
Good food and service. Two servers overwhelmed by a conference that came to eat.
friendly staff, free shuttle service to and from the airport
