We requested a quiet room away from the elevators ...

We requested a quiet room away from the elevators and ice machines because we live in the country and noise is very disturbing for us. Aneka was the representative who gave us a room one door away from the elevators and ice machine and on the 2nd floor. The room was not what we expected but the total opposite. When we asked her if she gave us a quite room she said she did her best. Once we went to the room and discoverd it was very close to the elevators we went back to ask her why she ignored our request. She was waiting on another client so we waited. Another attendant offered to help us but we said we needed to speak with her becuase she book the room for us. She kept us waiting and it felt like she purposely delayed with the client ahead of us telling him extra things that she never even mentioned to us. This client even turned to us and appologized for the delay and before we could even respond Aneka said oh that's okay. We spoke up and said I think he was talking to us. After complaining to her we received a call from her appologizing and offering us another room. Interesting that she could not give us this option in the first place. Her attitude was terrible and she was one of the worst receptionists we have ever experienced and we have done a lot of traveling. We just hope she is not on the desk for us when we return in March.
